Nonsense emails no customer service

Cannot send impressions back. Instructions provided do not work. Customer services reply with nonsense responses. 3 weeks without aligners and they say you should keep them in for min 22 hours a day. Slow incompetent unhelpful only online message communications. You wait for days to get a nonsense response back then wait again for another, very very fed up...

Great products and excellent service

Great products and excellent service.
When the face cream I wanted was out of stock, the owner was very helpful and replied to my message quickly - she found me one remaining jar :)
Products offered in this shop are from some of the best Polish brands, I really recommend trying them out!
