Terrible experience. Ordered the product online back in April and have not yet received it. After multiple email correspondence and contacting them on instagram, they asked that I call my bank for a refund and reorder their product. This has SCAM written all over it. I never got my money back or the product I ordered. STAY AWAY.

Potential Scam!
I ordered mine weeks ago and despite getting an order number, I never received a tracking number. I have still not received my package and have been trying to get hold of their customer service via email (only avenue to get hold of them) for assistance in the matter. No luck whatsoever. Very poor service. Do not buy. Potential scam.

Do NOT buy, if I could give 0 stars I would. This “company” (I use that loosely, because they are actually scammers) will take your money and will not send you anything. Many people have had the same terrible experience and have been scammed. Do not waste your money. I bought the product for a friend in February and was sent fake tracking information twice, along with information saying that they had supply issues. If you don’t have the product, how am I getting tracking information? They do not get back to you when trying to get in touch. I’ve asked for a refund 5 times now, no response or product as of June 7th.

I placed an order and they never shipped it. I tried to reach their "customer support" and received no answers whatsoever! tried to reach their instagram and they also didn't reply. Avoid at all costs.

Same story as everyone else
Same story as everyone else. Ordered over a month ago as a present for someone else, but it w as never delivered. Sent out 3 different emails and haven’t heard back yet, just filed a dispute with my credit card company and i hope i can get my money back.
Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money.

0/10 Terrible Customer Service
Ordered the gold necklace a month ago in April. I received the confirmation email, but nothing else. I sent them 4 emails asking them for an update with no response. I commented on their FB posts asking for support to say I was trying to reach out to them about my order and that I had not heard from them. They ended up simply deleting all of my comments and (this is no exaggeration) *threatened* to withhold my order until I deleted all of my comments. Instead of addressing my questions they bullied me on their DMs. And then they blocked me. After all of their efforts to go through the effort of deleting my comments, they STILL never helped me with information on when I'd be receiving my order. They ignored my questions, blocked me, and threatened to withhold it. They still have my money. SO unethical. I'll be placing a report to Shopify.
**UPDATE** As of today May 30, 2024 (over a month later from my OG review) Stro responded to this TrustPilot review of mine... 7 hours ago Stro commented claiming that they have not seen my messages (they responded to me on FB messenger, as noted above, and then blocked me)... Their attempt at "WhatsApp" messaging 1) does not make sense. I don't know their WhatsApp information 2) they're false below because they HAVE responded to me on their socials.... And as of 1 hour ago they flagged my review for "harmful illegal speech"... As I scroll through the Trustpilot page this morning, I can see that STRO has flagged multiple other reviews from folks who marked them as 1 star. Since placing my order on April 23, I have not received any emails about my order beyond the original automated confirmation; I have not received the product. I have not received a refund. I'm glad other people have received their product, but that's not the experience I have had.

No Response to Emails, No Product Sent. Bad experience
I have not had a good experience at all with this company, unfortunately. I spent over $100 on their Product a month ago, never received the item. I emailed them multiple times, no reply. No shipping confirmation was ever sent. No product sent. I am reporting them to the BBB. If you look at their Facebook page, they turned off remarks bc they were getting negative remarks there. Do not buy! ** Stro flagged this review, in hopes of it getting removed, and they responded to this review, asking us to contact them on WhatsApp, but what company does correspondence on WhatsApp? I do not know the WhatsApp information for this “company”, and the correspondence given on the order form is for an email, which still, at the end of May, has not been responded to. Still, no item I ordered has been sent. No refund given. No reply on Facebook, either, but I was blocked there as well, instead of given a response. Things are not adding up here. If a company wants correspondence in WhatsApp then they would offer that information, their phone number. Not everyone uses WhatsApp; it’s not a normal form of business communication. I really hope this review stays posted, so other people at least know that this is what this company does, and how they handle “business”.

Ordered and never heard back. After 4 email they finally replied saying it will be shipped next business day.
I received tracking number 2 weeks ago. shipping company is still waiting for parcel to be dropped of.
And of course they now don’t reply to email at all. Don’t buy from them

Don't fall for the scam
Don't fall for the scam! The picture you always see if a full chain necklace with a pendant hanging from it and they call it "The Stro Necklace". When you purchase the item, receipt that's emailed to you shows exactly what you purchased: a full chain with a pendant hanging from it called..."The Stro Necklace". Here's where the scam comes in...you actually only purchased the pendant. No chain. You have to scroll to the bottom of the page past all the photos of this "necklace" to get to the 1 small line that says "necklace attachment sold separately". What is a necklace attachment?! By definition a NECKLACE is a piece of jewelry consisting of a string of stones, beads, jewels, or the like, or a chain of gold, silver, or other metal, for wearing around the neck. They are selling a pendant and calling it the necklace. SO misleading and of course when contacted to request a return and refund, they won't respond with a return authorization # which they say is required for a return, nor will they pay shipping for sending it back to THE UK. Also, the pendant is lightweight and cheap feeling for what it's worth.
