Shocking how quick I got a reply.
Made an order then got curious why it was taking a bit to be sent out so I sent out an email and got a reply back almost instantly with info on it AND a guaranteed ship date. I call that a win for a company of this quality. Definitely filling the wardrobe with their stuff at some point.

They are produced to high standards in our very own manufacturing warehouse and are not mass produced like many other brands so for that reason we are very suprised to hear this. Pretty cool designs and products
Pretty cool designs and products. Very unique. Customer service is great. I would give 5 stars if the product packaging for the leather jacket was improved. The box it came in was beat up. I understand the delivery provider is likely at fault, however for such a pricey/sensitive jacket I would expect something a little more durable than the flimsy box it came in. Besides that I will definitely be ordering more in the future.
