This company is a disgrace. Have been getting calls from this company for 10 years. Whatever name they are The Wine Company, Oakridge Estate, The Connoisuer Wine.
Don't take a hint, calls everyday. Had enough.
Order wine with them and you will never get rid of them. Absolute parasites.
The Wine Company offered me mixed experiences. I tried a 2006 Rioja from them, which I found undrinkable. However, Robin from their service team contacted me, listened to my concerns, and arranged replacements—a 2009 claret and a 2018 Rioja. While I appreciate the good service and received credit for undrunk bottles, the overall experience could be better.

Within a week a nice young man called Robin was on the phone enquiring what was my problem. I explained that I was unused to Rioja and I found the wine had none of the character of a good rioja and what was he proposing to do about it?
he fixed me up with a 2009 claret and a 2018 Rioja which is winging it s way to me as we speak.
so far I count that as good service. When the wine arrives in a few days and after I have a chance to cellar it and let it settle down I'll write again.
I have also had a credit for the 22 bottles that I didnt drink and the two bottles that I did!
So far so good!
