I’ve been using The Coach app for about 3-4 weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results.
The app is super easy to follow. The daily pelvic floor (Kegel) exercises are short, only 5 to 10 minutes each, and they’re split nicely: one session in the morning and one in the evening. This makes it very easy to stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed.
In just a few weeks, I’ve noticed clear improvements in my erection quality, stamina, and ability to “stay hard” longer. The guided exercises are well-designed, and the app does a great job of tracking progress and keeping you motivated.

Great!!! The app explains the whys and hows in a simple and clear way. It displays the exercises graphically and, combined with the supplements, provides a complete solution. Personally, I can say that they helped me first to understand the problem and then to work on the solution. The Supplement Number 2 gave me confidence to be with my couple.

The link to download the app does not work. The program is a SUBSCRIPTION which I did NOT want. I only tried to purchase because the advert made it look like a one-off purchase.
The support team advised me to cancel from within the app. But if you can’t download the app in the first instance then this is not possible.

The email confirmation of purchase doesn’t provide an order number??

Supplements seem to pair well with exercises. The only drawback is that one needs to take four a day. Granted, I’m not sure if it needs to be cross the day or all at once. Beyond that, seems to work well. I like it.

Truly great experiance. It helped me with general stability and feeling of relaxation. It teaches you alot of stuff if your ready to try. I dont know if it works for everyone but at some percentage it works for me honestly.

It’s been a couple of weeks since I started with the Coach and I’m glad I joined the team. I can’t really say I’m seeing changes already, but! I do feel very different from when I started, don’t know yet what’s happening in my body. But I definitely have a lot of confidence that in another couple of weeks I’ll have a specific result do to the program.

Its still early but I think the Coach plan with the Kegel exercises are good for me

I cancelled the subscription one day before the expiration date so they wouldn’t charge my bank account for the next payment. But guess what, they did and I sent a mail speaking about this issue, no response so far. I really wish this issue would be taken care of
