I got a free spins bonus and after…

I got a free spins bonus and after playing my playthru requirement I had $50 to cash out I placed the withdraw they sent same day another email giving me 20 spins I played . Then I received an email stating my withdraw was denied due to claiming the second offer they sent me they removed my balance even the 6 cent that was left after the with draw but yet on my game account it stated my withdraw was cancelled due to missing or lacking information. Which gives 2 different reasons for then canceling my withdraw so they didn’t have to pay

Stop scamming people

Stop scamming people. They wouldn't pay me my winnings. Then u was flagged for using promotions that were made available to me on my promotions page. So they allow you to use multiple promotions to flag you and screw you out of your winnings. What a joke.

I receive a bonus of 20 spins and I play them 30 times the wager and I was able to cash out $50 I ended up having a total of a $101 but the Max cash out was 50 so I sent in my K yc document and I received an email back saying I was cleared and good to go and approved and everything was good well I did withdraw I got AAA message stating that it was complete as well and then I taken all day and didn't receive it so at 9 o'clock at night I check with the chat and they're saying I have too many accounts which this is the first time I've ever played this casino while the second time because I had my welcome bonus for the first startup and then I had this one which I was scamming through my emails and I just happened to see I had 20 free spins so i won and played through the 30x wager to xash 50 but they said i have multiple accounts but i have proof they approved my kyc and if i can submit the proof i will but not only that the chat ignored me after very poor customer service

Scam

This trash casino did the same thing to me as multiple other people. Said my KYC was missing info. Ok fine. That’s an easy fix. But instead of telling me what was missing they took ALL of my winnings and said I have multiple accounts and are refusing to pay me out. First of all this is a BRAND NEW CASINO. I just made the account a couple days ago. Theres absolutely NO WAY I have multiple accounts. They are a scam. DO NOT play this site.

Update: I just spoke with them because I demanded answered and they told me that I have 64 accounts associated with my IP address. Lmao. Is this some kind of joke??? They OBVIOUSLY have something wrong with their system or they are just plain crooks. Who in their right mind would create 64 accounts on the same casino and even more WHO WOULD BE THAT DUMB TO THINK THAT ITS CORRECT??? It’s OBVIOUSLY an error somewhere. I WILL NOT be stolen from.

Scam Casino

Scam Casino. Fairly won the bonus but they refused to process my withdrawal as I had “Too many accounts registered on the same IP” but at the same time refuses to show proof. Stay away and keep your hard earned money

Extremely Untrustworthy Casino – Avoid at All Costs

I want to warn anyone considering playing at The777Slots. My experience with this platform has been extremely concerning and demonstrates shady and unfair practices:

Withdrawal Denials Without Evidence:
I won a legitimate bonus and submitted a withdrawal. The operator canceled my withdrawal claiming that my account was linked to multiple other accounts — usernames I have never created or known. No proof was provided that I operated these accounts.

Unreasonable Use of IP Address Rules:
The casino relies on a policy stating that multiple accounts on the same IP address are not allowed. This is absurdly broad: IP addresses can be shared in households, workplaces, public Wi-Fi, or even dynamically assigned by ISPs. They punished me without any evidence of misconduct.

Contradictory and Misleading Communication:
Initially, I was told all allegedly linked accounts had been deactivated and that I would face no further problems. Later, the casino claimed other users requested my account be closed, which prevented me from redeeming additional promotions. This shows inconsistent and unreliable practices.

No Verifiable Licensing or Oversight
I could find no credible licensing information for this casino. Their claims about regulatory compliance are unverifiable, making it impossible to hold them accountable.

Customer Support Issues:
Support provided contradictory information, demanded unnecessary or unclear documentation, and generally acted in a way that delayed or blocked legitimate withdrawals.

Conclusion:
The777Slots operates in a manner that is untrustworthy, opaque, and punitive. They use arbitrary rules to deny winnings, give inconsistent explanations, and provide no accountability. I strongly advise avoiding this platform entirely.

Scam Casino

This casino makes excuses at withdrawal time and total lack of customer service leads me to believe it’s a scam. Not worth the trouble.

Avoid

Avoid this casino. The support is terrible — handled by undertrained Indian staff who do everything to delay or block your KYC verification. Zero communication. Looks like a rebranded scam, their old site was called Slotheist. Stay away.
