Been trying to cancel my membership for the past week or so. Ended up cancelling my direct debit because they make it so hard to cancel. Chat buttons don’t work but I have already received an email saying my payment method has changed please update it.
Why can’t there just be a simple cancel subscription button

Hayley Mills has been very helpful and supportive with mediating my complaint. She was friendly and professional always replying to emails and phones calls and was chasing the dealer for replies and answers when they didn't respond. My complaint took a long time to resolve because of the dealer but Hayley was always there and without her support I think I would have given up. I can't thank Hayley enough for her help and support and for her perseverance in getting my complaint resolved.

Abi did a great job of designing me a proffesional website to showcase my cars through. She has been in contact through the whole process and always answered any questions. Many thanks for all the help and getting me started!

My Mediation Handler, Verity, was consistently polite and tenacious throughout the mediation process. She kept me informed on an almost daily basis and refused to give in when faced with stalling tactics from third parties. Due to outside influences, the mediation process was protracted and took almost 6 months, but she never gave in and it was finally completed to my satisfaction.

Thank you Grace for sorting the issue I had with a dealer withholding my deposit. Grace was prompt with keeping me updated and very professional. I’m so grateful!

I recently has cause to contact the AA in respect of a car advertised on their used car platform. I received a lot of help and assistance from their staff, particularly Verity who found all of the information that I needed, I can't thank her enough. We have been communicating over the past couple of months.

I was having some issues with an AA approved dealership, I was very grateful for the help from Hayley Mills of the AA with offering a mediation service, she helped me through a very stressful situation and kept me updated regularly. Verity was fantastic. She kept me up to date with what was happening- phoning me every day. I felt that she was supportive and fearlessly determined! Unfortunately the car dealer wasn't helpful in his approach, did not accept the case put to him and frequently did not respond to calls and emails. Nevertheless Verity was excellent and I was impressed with her professionalism and tenacity.

Although we are currently taking things further with the company that AA were helping with, Victoria Greenwood is a fantastic credit to your company. Car inspection
I called them for a car inspection because the car is category S and I`m was going to use it for a taxi and I couldn't do without a report from them, inspector I P Williams inspected every part of the car even though I told him I need the car for me, not to sell it, he added to the defects and what was not the case and the inspection lasted around 3 hours, which seems extremely long to me, I will try not to call they although the first experience with them was very pleasant and the other inspector was a nice guy.
