Very bad can't change any details i entered can't cancel policy.... nobody to talk to except robot.... which works on a loop gives you answers you dont need and what you actually need, is not even option....

Speedy response and good customer service

Really helpful agent on the phone, I had a number of queries which were dealt with by one person, no chopping and changing through departments, I was barely on hold before getting through to a real person and ultimately in 10 minutes I had renewed my insurance, purchased AA membership and discussed pet insurance.

Been waiting two months for my insurance cert and disc,iv rang on 2 occasions,still waiting customer care is non existent,this company was good been with them over ten years but with the last three iv spent chasing my discs after paying

My call was answered within 5 minutes,
The girl stayed on call to assist with my online form uoload.

Extremly helpful i was really impressed how easy it was to talk to a oerson and not a bot

If you want to do a change to your existing motor policy (like a change to a new car mid policy), use the online option. It is clear, easy to use and changes can be effected immediately. One of the better online systems I have come across (and saves holding on the phone forever).

I would like to say that finally one voice of reason is working for the AA and the problem i have reported previously on multiple occasions has been sorted amicably. So Kudos to the AA agent who sorted the problem out and it shows that perseverance pays off, you just have to keep going until you speak to the right person, one who believes in his company, and one who believes in his customers, at the same time.

I phoned AA with a query re having to cancel my credit card due to a scam earlier this year. As my AA membership rolls over every year I wanted to give my replacement card details to ensure payment went through as normal. The young lady I spoke with was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I very much appreciated her kindness.

After spoken with 3 other persons the last 5 weeks, Adam finally explaned what the issue was.

Absolutely amazing. Had a breakdown yesterday evening and the AA arrived very quickly and got me mobile to get home. Car would not start again this morning and AA arrived again extremely quickly and got it started. They were able to see that it was a battery problem.
Many thanks to Shane, Nathan and Ray for their quick efficient service. They are worth their weight in gold!!. Definitely not a service I will ever be without.
