I did the 2 day furniture spraying course this week with James the trainer. Very in-depth and full on course. I was lucky enough for there to be only 2 of us on the course. Amazing course, great bunch of people with fab senses of humour. I was far from the best student they’ve probably had but they were extremely patient and explained things over and over. I’m excited to be moving forward with my new business, I’m determined to make it and return to do more courses in the future. Thank you guys brilliant experience and knowledge passed on in simple terms. Loved it!

Completed my air upvc spraying course. They was all very friendly professional. I suffer with a disability and they was so understanding and help me work around. Looking forward to doing another few courses with them.
Highly recommended they even provide refreshments and gave me a lift to and from the travelodge

It was one of the best during my training which I learn a lot

Fantastic course! Jamie and James are highly knowledgeable, and I learned a great deal, especially about the A6 sprayer. I'm eager to sign up for my next course.

Incredible day, relaxed atmosphere and Jamie and James were so cool, ask a question and they will guide you through any concerns etc, cant recommend Abode enough, these guys (n Girls) know there stuff and anyone who has doubts about learning to spray granite, kitchen/furniture units, UPVC, resin, don't fret because this is the future, PS the coffee and sandwiches were lovely. I have used Graco spraying machines since 2007 but now Ime converted, aftersales is incredible, Jamie will answer your calls or text if you need help on anything, I have purchased a HVLP machine and a Airless A6 all Abode design and its different League, the paint is incredible, no more 14 days curing time on most paints for doors, trim, skirtings. I have been in the decorating game for 40 years and this is the gamechanger, PS Ime not being paid to endorse Abode but get on it, Grants are available with CITB, J Blyth Painting & Decorating Specialists

From the get go it was a good day glad I went on the course the one day hvlp as I got a few tips on how to get the best out of the force 5 turbine James was amazing as he answered everyone of the questions I had even if it wasn't based on the course! Jamie... well if you dont want to be laughing all day and working with great products then dont go! Anna made all the communion before easy and the day ran smoothly! I will be back doing more courses and I think ill be ordering paint though them as everything i used of the day and spoke about is high quality!

I recently completed the spray granite, the special effects and UPVC spraying courses at Abode Academy and was thoroughly impressed. James demonstrated exceptional knowledge of spray granite techniques, explaining not just the how-to but the why behind each step.

I wholeheartedly recommend Abode Academy for anyone considering spray granite or just general paint spraying training. The combination of expert knowledge, friendly instruction, and unwavering support makes this course an excellent investment.

Just completed my second spraying course with these guys and can’t recommend them enough. Really knowledgable, great practice spaces and generally a great way to brush up on existing knowledge or learn if starting from scratch. I’ll be back to do more, as all of their courses are tesllt good.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the course. After previously completing an airless spray course elsewhere, I was impressed by the video clips of Jamie Spray Centre and knew it would be a better option. I can confidently say I made the right decision.

The classroom setup is excellent, and James, the trainer, covers everything you need to know, catering to both beginners and those with years of experience like myself. The Abode products, including paint and machines, are superior to anything I have used before.

Additionally, their aftercare service stands out; I've heard both James and Jamie offering valuable assistance to students, and the entire staff is incredibly supportive.

I appreciated the focus on practical work rather than theoretical lectures, which enhanced the learning experience. Thank you for this opportunity—I will definitely return to order products and highly recommend your services to others.

Another course attended at Abode, this time the resin worktop. Followed the format of every other course, informal,friendly but highly informative.
Was looking forward to it for ages and it didn't disappoint one bit.

I’ve been on courses before but none as good as abodes.
It was a really laid back as in the team make you feel very welcome, they are happy answering any questions and have a huge amount of knowledge
I really liked that the classes weren’t over crowded as abode academy only teach four students per course
I was quite sad when the course ended as we had a really good craic
I left there with an excitement and full of knowledge with no question left unanswered
I will be returning for another course in the future
10/10 would recommend

James, the instructor, was 1st class top draw! He knows all the ins and outs of a ducks a bum when it comes to spraying and decorating.
The class is a group of 4 so you get the full attention of your instructor.
You are full on with the practical over both days with no written work, unless you’re writing notes.
We were shown little tricks that would normally take many mistakes and years of experience.
Jamie who runs the academy, in James’s words “is the GURU of spray painting”
Honestly, you just know when someone really are on their game and when speaking to Jamie, you get a sense and confidence of the full knowledge this guy has. You flip a question to him and like a machine gun he is back to you with a full detailed explanation.
Don’t bother with any other academy because Abode really do shit all over ‘em!
Down to earth REAL tradesmen who love the banter and doing the job to the absolute best of their abilities and highest of standards.
You will not regret doing this course and I guarantee you will return for others cus I certainly will be.

It was my first time doing a spraying course so totally new at this, the staff at the Academy were first class! Nothing was too much hassle for them and always able to answer questions due to their experience in the industry.

I travelled 5 hours to do the course, yes there were courses closer, but I honestly believe none would have delivered the training in the same way!

Jamie, James and Anna were really professional and always at hand. I can honestly say I learnt lots on the course, I even bought a full spray set up, there were no hard sells (unlike most courses I’ve been on in various trades).

Anybody sitting on the fence thinking if they can do it, the answer is yes they will deliver great training

I wanted to learn about spraying to help me with my van conversion and have literally no decorating, let alone spraying experience. From my first conversation with Anna to the end of the course with James, everyone has been so helpful and professional. I bought the HVLP and received the free training course and will probably be back for the UPVC course.
I’m a bit old school and like to speak to real people over the phone and Abode provide this, Jamie even responded to a WhatsApp message on a Sunday!!
