Diabolical service from this company.
Waiting 12 days for the vehicle to be collected with no communication regarding the delay.
Daily notifications that the vehicle is ready for collection when they’re still waiting for parts.
Eventually picking the vehicle up and driving away only to discover it’s not been correctly fixed.
Zero parking on site when dropping a hire vehicle off
No one ever answers their customer service line - ever.
If there was a zero star option they’d receive it.
Get your vehicle repaired elsewhere!

My experience with Accident Repair Hub Emsworth was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standard I would expect from a professional vehicle repair centre.

My Genesis GV60 was with the repairer for approximately four weeks. During this time, I was given multiple completion dates which were then missed, often at short notice. On several occasions I rearranged work commitments based on the dates provided, only to be informed that the vehicle would not be ready after all. The lack of reliable communication and repeated delays caused significant inconvenience.

Communication throughout the repair was ok from Lisa but rather than receiving proactive updates, I regularly found myself having to chase for information and progress reports via the accident management team.

The most frustrating part came when the vehicle was finally returned. I was informed that the 12V battery had required a boost to start the vehicle before delivery, deep draining of an EV 12v battery is common when the vehicle is left sitting, yet the car was still returned to me with a defective 12v battery. Which told me that no battery test were conducted after discovering the issue. Shortly after delivery, the vehicle became electrically dead due to the 12v battery issue, the vehicle would not lock, and it became completely inoperative, requiring RAC attendance and will ultimately need a replacement 12V battery.

After waiting four weeks for the repair to be completed, it was incredibly disappointing to receive the vehicle back in a condition that immediately left it unusable. This raises serious concerns about the quality of the final checks and handover process.

Whilst I appreciate that repairs can be complex and delays can sometimes occur, the combination of poor communication, repeated missed deadlines and the vehicle becoming inoperative immediately after return has left me with very little confidence in the service provided.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not choose to use this repair centre again and could not recommend it to others.

I was very impressed with the short time it took to complete the repair after the 28 day delay incase the other party involved wanted to inspect my vehicles damage. I did think this was far to long.

Catalog of disasters the van came back butchered . Lovely ladies on reception very helpful. The body shop manager very lairy. Looks like this is going to cause problems. Let’s hope you can redeem yourselves

The staff I spoke with were extremely knowledgeable and kind.
For a lot of reasons, I found having to say goodbye to my car incredibly difficult. Customer service was brilliant. They were able to answer all of my daft questions

When we got the car back it was great. The only annoyance was the time it took to get the car back. Apparently the issue was that they were waiting for a part.

Fantastic customer service. Really easy to book in repair which is exactly what you need in the circumstances. Spot on, can’t fault. The only reason I’ve not given you a full 5 stars is I asked for my number plate not to be replaced and it was.

The whole experience was pain free and to my surprise my Van was ready 10 days early so over the moon with service..
10/10 plus van looks great
