I've been using The Accounting Crew for a number of years now. I was introduced to them via my best friend since Secondary School who also uses their services and to be honest the service I have experienced from them has been amazing.

Each member of the team has always gone out of their way to help answer my many questions and given great easy to understand (very important for me! haha) answers.

I'd also like to give an additional acknowledgement to Kristy who has provided exceptional service and has likely the patience of saint for dealing with my questions!

I really would recommend this team of people to anyone.

Do not use this firm unless you enjoy being stressed and dread any form of communication from HMRC. The incompetence and lack of service is atrocious.
No one person seems to talk to the other. One minute you're on payroll with an agreed amount. Next you've apparently overpaid yourself. Oh and then there's the 10x VAT owing emails that keep you up at night.
When you ask for a call to straighten things out you are avoided like the plague.
You're better off asking a hallucinating AI Bot to help, probably more accurate.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but The Accounting Crew definitely deserve one. They’ve supported me from the very beginning of my journey as a limited company and I genuinely wouldn’t be without them. Their knowledge, attention to detail and consistent service have given me peace of mind over the years. They’re always quick to respond and I know I can rely on them for sound advice whenever I need it. Even as they’ve grown, they’ve remained a professional, efficient and friendly team. It’s reassuring to know my accounts are in safe hands and I would highly to recommend them!

The Free Agent service provided makes it straightforward to see all the important data at a glance, with low maintenance.

Easy to speak with a real person over the phone or by email. A shout out to my accountant Calhan, who has been a pleasure to work with and always happy to explain where something is not 100% clear.

I’m not sure where the 9 reviews came from that give 5 stars, but I found my experience with them to be stressful, full of promises with very little follow through. Onboarding and Payroll were the only tasks that were executed properly. When it was time for my accounts to be filed, it kept getting pushed out. To the point where I needed to hire another accountant. I never received a refund from The Accounting Crew for the work they never completed. There are too many other excellent accountants out there to be taking chances with The Accounting Crew.

My company have been a client of The Accounting Crew for over 10 years and throughout that time they have provided accountancy, HMRC filing and payroll services. I have to say that their services have been excellent in all aspects, answering queries and performing statutory actions in a timely manner. They have friendly and personal touch in all communications.

The whole team are great. Always on the ball, always friendly and helpful, and don’t baulk at my stupid questions. Extremely knowledgable and always put their clients first. Special shout out to Calhan and Darryl!

The Accounting Crew I am blessed to have been introduced to in 2020.

I experienced a list of unexpected financial falls in 2019 financial crash and then the disappearance of my previous accountant known for 18 years in 2020, who had my current and previous account books.

Darryl from the accounting crew heard my ordeal and tuned into my suffering and allocated his team of accountants to work with me at a fraction of the cost that I could manage. Other rogue accounting firms were charging to take advantage of my situation (accounts due in a week to HMRC) with one requesting 5k for account submission. The Accounting Crew charge 15% of this covering past 3 self assessments and previous and current account reviews/submissions. This being 30% cheaper than my last 18 years of accounting charges. The amount of accounting done was 5 fold more than I experienced with continuous communication.

Darryl priority was for my mental and physical health. I was allocated initially Kirsty and then Jacqui as a senior account took over based on the complexity of what dealt with. Jacqui went above and beyond to answer my endless questions, reassure, go through my past accounts, self assessment and tradings and uncover I was due funds than owed. She took control and asked me to trust her decades of accounting fluency as I was a bag of nerves with trauma and incredibly got me set free from the ordeal.

I am now floating on a cloud and a list of my friends through the years have requested and joined the Accounting Crew after wantimg to know who saved me. The Accounting Crew saved my mind and future with the awakening that good deeds return good deeds from others. Taught me to rebuild trust, have gratitude and be patient and have faith 🙏. Thank you for everything Jacqui, Darryl and Kirsty. I wish the Accounting Crew strength and rating 10/10. Forever thankful.

The Accounting Crew has managed the accounting for my Ltd company and personal taxes for the past 3 years. I have appreciated the efficiency and speed at which they’ve completed my filings.

Andy and the Team at The Accounting Crew were absolutely brilliant in completing my Tax Return. I had never done one before so had no clue how to complete the forms. It was well worth the investment to know that it was getting sorted without the worry I had filled something out incorrectly.
