Complete scam.

Complete scam.

!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !!!

My mother got arthritis and ended up being shown ads to purchase crap on their website. I had to haggle with a lady on the phone for 15 minutes to cancel because she woulnd do anything about it.

The product is not found anywhere on their site anymore "ARTHRO MD" yet they are sending her and charging 150$ USD per month for the subscription.

Horrible customer service and almost impossible to cancel.

!!! STAY AWAY !!!

I ordered the ‘most popular special’ 3x…Help

I ordered the ‘most popular special’ 3x ARTHRO MD CAPSULES and 2 creams. I never received a confirmation email at all, thought I was on the official NZ site and was shocked to see the amount on my Visa and no product had arrived so I went to the bank to make a reverse charge request. I have just checked my letterbox and they have arrived from FLORIDA. I am happy to have received what I ordered but definitely not happy with what I was charged. I cannot find a website to contact THEACTIVENUTRITION.COM which is the name on my Visa account, it says 405 not found??!! Can anyone help me with that? I certainly don’t want any repeats from the US, especially if it’s as good as they say and I can buy it from NZ much cheaper.

THIS IS A SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE!!

After watching a video of some older lady scientist that came up with a cure for her husband's illness and all these testimonials from people claiming she had saved their life with this breakthrough for diabetes, I thought I was ordering from Sydney Australia, 3 bottles of tablets which had a particular ingredient in it that I noticed later wasn't actually listed in the ingredients! They did the big sell, time is running out to get them at this price etc...Why didn't I look on Trust Pilot first to see that others have been scammed by them too!!
I fell for the upgrade to 5 bottles (@$39.95) with extra ingredients...total should have been $199.75...not $274.50! Shipping wasn't on the order! When they arrived not from Aus but from the USA! which of course cost a lot more! I was billed $274.50 + the exchange rate which ended up being $311.28!) That's $100 more!
I received another withdrawal from my bank 2 months later that they queried and I called them to say I didn't authorise that transaction and I thought I may have been scammed... just after that I received an email that my order was on it's way! But I hadn't ordered from them a second time! I called my bank and they locked my card and they entered a dispute with the company.
Don"t believe their blatant lies!
Always check out Trust Pilot first!!

Lyndahl

I thought I was ordering 1 jar of the ArthroMD cream and 1 bottle of capsules. The website stated that these would be $39.95 - my bank account has been debited AUS$311.53 - when I discovered this I immediately emailed The active nutrition co., that I wanted the order cancelled - I had read reviews form other people on them and after reading them I reported it to my bank and cancelled my card so the active nutrition co., cannot withdraw anymore money. I have since had an invoice from them stating that I had ordered 3 jars of the cream and 2 bottles of the capsules without my knowledge and the total cost would be $199.75 - before I received this invoice I emailed them to cancel the order - the active nutrition co., have offered to refund me US$80 and keep the product - this doesn't go anywhere near the amount that has been debited from my account. This matter is now in the hands of my bank's fraud department.

Theactivenutrition.com is a highly suspicious company

Theactivenutrition.com is a company that advertised misinformation via a FB advertisement. They claimed that their incontinent product that included NZ herbs would work within one month and offered a special deal. I thought I was purchasing one months worth but was invoiced for five months worth, adding up to $263. The first withdrawal amount from my account was over $180. Then a second amount left of approx $332. In total, $443.53 was withdrawn from my account. I rang and cancelled the order immediately and requested a refund. They offered a refund of the invoice ordered amount - $263. Then I realised their website doesn't even display the product that I intended to buy. I cancelled my card and notified the bank fraud team. They discovered the money wasn't yet deposited anywhere and therefore couldn't trace the scammer. A week later, luckily, it seems they never deposited it anywhere and it therefore didn't leave my account.
