Bad customer service
Took over a month to get my package, finally got it and 2 things were missing out of it. Contacted adventure challenge about it and they never got back to me. Definitely won’t order from them again

I placed an order on December 1st
I placed an order on December 1st. I received my package on December 12th. The main reason for the order (the "in bed" adventure challenge book) was not there. In place was the "Kids" version. I immediately emailed in response to my oder information saying what was incorrect. I received no response, so I went back to the website and emailed again, this time emphasizing this was a Christmas gift. I receive an AI response asking for a picture to prove what I did not receive (seriously?, but fine), so I sent a picture of what I received that I had not ordered. Again, no response. At this point. I'm quite mad. This is not acceptable. It has been almost a month and I have received no response. I get that things get busy but this is unacceptable and I spent ~$80 and the main thing I ordered not only didn't arrive, I can't get a reply.

I ordered two items (quickies x 2) on separate transactions, but immediately (less than 10 minutes later) cancelled the one purchase/item. I was told I had to wait for the item to ship and then pay for shipment back to the company for a return to be processed.

Incredibly disappointed, won’t order again.
It’s one thing to say shipping is delayed at Christmas time. I understand that shipping is not something vendors can control. My issue is that the website says 3-7 days shipping. Once the order is placed, the invoice says 3-10 days. I don’t like the stores changing after the order is placed. I am completely disgruntled that my delivery has supposedly been at a depot less than an hour from my home, awaiting acceptance for ten days. December 28, needless to say hubby’s Christmas gift destroyed. To add insult to injury, I’m still seeing ads on Dec 28th stating last chance to order for Christmas delivery. This vendor only cares about getting your money, they do not care about making false promises to get it, or if you get the product. Zero response to my inquiry a week after due. Glad my credit card company is helping, but it cost me more to get a stand in gift that wasn’t what I wanted. There were other Adventure Challenges I was interested in, but never again.

It took a month to get my item, it said it was in stock, apparently it got stuck on the way to your warehouse, which is not my problem I reached out twice and all I got was the run around. At least you could’ve refunded my shipping costs but no. Bad practices, I used to rave about your products and and ordered at least 4 other times but this has turn away.

Not quite what I was looking for
Not quite what I was looking for. I was hoping for something fun & creative to enhance date nights in my already amazing relationship. Seems like the prompts in this game is for couples who struggle with physical affection or just don’t like each other all that much. The cards weren’t fun to scratch off (took forever + semi messy) & the prompts were pretty lackluster. It’s for someone, just not for us!

Didn’t ship the full order
I ordered the naughty and nice bundle, which includes the “couples edition” and the “…in bed” edition, but only received the couples edition. I haven’t received a response to my email asking for them to send the rest of my order.
Update:
After contacting the customer experience team and informing me that I had not received one of the items, they worked with me to get the additional item sent. Although the process did take a few weeks (the holiday season probably increased the delay a bit), I did receive the item without any heartache or difficulty. Thank you to the team and I am excited to begin taking part in these challenges.

Everything on the website has great…
Everything on the website has great detail, I will say I think the subscription box was harder to find, I think it should be the first item on the page. I reached out to customer service for a military discount and the response was super fast which was great. We bought a lot of different options to try and use. I am most excited for the connection cards.

Shipping expectations are out of sorts
I ordered this 5 days ago… regarding shipping … UPS still is not in possession of my order even though I have been given a Tracking number.
Update to the original review...Changed this from 2 stars to 4... obviously there is a gap in the ability to track this correctly. Website said it had not been received at the shipper ... but actually showed up at my house. my original expectations were set by the website information when in all actuality it had been processed and shipped. Now that I have it in hand...I find it to be a very high quality product and should be fun to put it to use.
