The reason I haven't moved up to 5 stars is because the product is great and definitely worth 5 stars, however it shouldn't have taken for me to write a low scoring review to get this dealt with. If I could put 3.5 I would.
I’m really sad I’ve bought a few products and enjoyed them so decided to gift a solo challenge to someone who doesn’t really get any gifts. It was a last minute purchase and I haven’t received it.
I have contacted adventure challenge 3 times and have had zero response.
This is just poor customer service at this point.
I am very Happy with my order
I am very excited with my order. I just got it and I am in love… I bought it as a Christmas gift for my fiancé. Initially I had issues because it was delivered to my old address but the customer service was exceptional and very responsive. Since I didn’t have access to the other address they offered a new product to my current address. I am very happy with my purchase and my fiancé loved his gift… cant wait to start our adventure challenge.
Its been nearly a month since my order
Its been nearly a month since my order, was FIANLLY about to contact someone to get it reshipped out had to fight for any sort of discount for myself and it stilllllll sitting in the facility. Chances are high this time around is going to go any smoother. Your company really needs to get shipping/customer service figured out.
Excellent customer service, great products
I ordered the Couples Edition and Quickies and Connection Cards In Bed Bundle as Christmas gifts, but did not receive my order despite receiving email confirmation from the courier that it had been delivered. I had no success when contacting the courier, so contacted The Aussie Adventure Support Team. Christian was super helpful and organised a replacement order straightaway. He then followed up with me a week later to ensure I had received the replacement order. Excellent customer service and great products.
The WORST customer service!
Order was shipped to the wrong address almost a week late. Then I was still refused a refund but instead offered store credit. Almost 2 weeks later and now I can't even get any kind of response. Customer service was horrible from start to end and the problem was never resolved. I will be starting a PayPal case to get my money back since no one amswers. This process has been horrible. I was so excited to get these books and go on adventures with my significant other and my family but instead I am just stressed and annoyed.
Didn't Deliver What was Expected
I paid for expedited shipping so that the order would arrive before Christmas. I reached out for help on this and received this response, "I’m sorry to hear about the frustrating delay with your order. We recently experienced unforeseen delays at customs which affected the availability of the Date Night Bundle. Fortunately, the stock has reached our fulfillment center and is now in the process of shipping."
I followed up and asked for a refund for the expedited shipping and did not receive a response back. I will not purchase from the Adventure Challenge again.

The process was great! It took a while to arrive, but it's nicely put together. I cannot wait to try it out with my boyfriend!
I was sent the wrong book
I was sent the wrong book, wasn’t refunded or supplied with the correct book. I had reached out to customer service multiple times. Just frustrating.
I never got my order
I never got my order. I’ve reached out several times. No one ever responds. I’ll be disputing with my bank. Horrible company!
Never received
I am rating this product with 2 stars because we haven’t received it yet. It was purchased in mid December and has been lost in the mail. I haven’t had any clear feedback from the company on replacement or refund. I understand that this isn't their fault, but a quicker response and a fix would be helpful.

Meant for the already healthy sex life
Do not get this book unless you're already in a good place with your significant other. I got this book because I wanted to spice things up in the bedroom and bring my husband and I closer. We've been struggling with intimacy and I thought that something like this would be the push we needed to start exploring and being more intimate.
The problem with this is that not only does this take you outside of your comfort zone but it requires effort from both parties, motivation to make the effort, and a lot of self confidence.
My husband and I were excited to try this. We have had it for several weeks now and haven't done any of the activities we scratched. We've scratched off several. And don't get me wrong, I don't disagree that someone could enjoy this book, it's just not what I was looking for. I was looking for something to rebuild intimacy, or at least help initiate intimacy. I wanted something that would help us reconnect. There are a few activities that I could see being good for that, but considering the limited amount it really wasn't worth the $40 I've spent on it.
What I thought it would be:
Something that would prompt us to set the mood with candles and music and scenery, providing a place to start with touch or talking.... with rules and guidelines that focused on building confidence and communication. I expected some of the tasks to take us outside of our comfort zone as far as maybe location or position, or maybe toys and products like lingerie or blindfolds, or control in a way that helps both partners either learn something about themselves or the other person.
What I actually got:
A book that prompts you to make a lot of plans to prepare for excursions or meals, nerf gun fights, finger painting with paints, getting dirty with food, or playing games that require a lot of planning and preparation. There are a few activities that have what I was looking for, but there is a handful of what I wanted vs the entire rest of the book.
This is not for repairing your sex life. This is not for bringing you closer to your partner. This is meant to spice up your already healthy sex life and give you fun out of the box ideas to try if you're bored and looking for new ideas.

I hardly ever leave reviews. Given the mixed reviews i saw about the product i was hesitant to order after seeing mixed up products, products not arriving etc, unanswered emails.
Before ordering i emailed the company as a bit of a test, they replied the same day (thursday) the following day i ordered the couples edition book (friday) i received my book on the sunday. Good service, nice product and speedy delievery. For what you pay, you cant go wrong. Thank you!
Don't order from this company
I ordered an item and paid extra for expedited shipping. The item arrived several days late, later than it would have with regular shipping. And they shipped the wrong item. I reached out to the company and got an AI response asking me to send a photo of what I received. I did so. I heard nothing back. I have emailed them repeatedly and have received no reply. I will have to do a chargeback on my credit card. Save yourself some major trouble - don't order anything from this company.

We ordered some books for date night ideas as a Christmas gift to ourselves.
We paid for two day shipping and it’s been nearly 4 weeks and the package still has not arrived.
Do I blame the company for usps shipping? No.
However; I have reached out to the company several times in hopes to get some updates / support using their support form. They don’t answer.
I had to send a message on social and their social team had to ask support to find my email and actually get back to me. Mid conversation, they just stopped responding.
Their support is a joke. I’m out $70 and still don’t have my package or a solution.
Will not order from them or refer them ever again strictly for their terrible customer service.
Don’t Buy!
I placed an order on 12/15/2024 never received. You can’t call these people only email. They provided me a tracking that NEVER updated. Received a few emails saying the order is lost and do I want a replacement or refund. I chose refund and here it is 1/11/2025 no refund, no product, no word from these folk. You would think when they discovered a issue they would correct it but noooooo just string the customer along until in my opinion they NEVER shipped the items ONLY created a label for it.
Support issues
Although ordering and the shipment were processed quickly, I never received my package. Only after multiple attempts to contact support, I was given an automated AI response, and no information as to what I should do next.
