As others have said, total scam. Have never received a thing.

Interestingly, my bank have not refunded me as this company have apparently rejected the request. So dont rely on your bank!!

Bought 1 card as website says it works on android. A cheap Chinese knockoff arrived 3 weeks later which only works on iPhone, the received card is not what I ordered nor would work on android
No response from their famed customer services email. The parent company euphoria email bounces back.

Only way to get your money back is to approach your bank.
This company is thieving and scamming people by supplying substandard and not fit for purpose fake products.

Avoid, this maybe a drop shop scam. Ordered the buy two get one free deal, however, only two turned up. The ones that arrived are much thicker than the ones shown on the website and look like something you would get a lot cheaper on Temu. I have tried to contact the support team on a number of times but no reply

Ordered twin pack and was supposed to get a third free. Nothing received for weeks then only two really cheap cards not as advertised.
The company address is either a nail bar or above a nail bar. The phone number is (from visa) was answered by a rude Scottish woman who when questioned about the transaction slammed the phone down. Email address & online form all ignored. The main company SP Ephoria’s website doesn’t exist. It’s a very slick set up but a total con.
I’ve instigated a claim back via visa.

They state you will get three cards, if you are lucky and the order arrives you will only get two. The two you receive will not be “aircard” they will be cheaply made (like stuff you could get from a store that sounds like emu). They do not respond to messages or have any customer service to speak of.

I ordered 15 days ago and nothing the won't send the product and the support email doesn't respond nor does the insta account

I should have known better but want to warn others not to be fooled

I ordered 3 Aircards for £39.98 and the money was taken from my account. Delivery was advised to take 3-4 working days. No sign of the cards after 12 days, no dispatch notification and no reply to my emails. The link to 'support' on the website is not valid.
