Small time UK sellers should not be allowed to sell merch. to buyers from USA.
The customer service with this company should be rated a negative 5.
It took 10 months to get two items that were ordered, and I was one of the lucky ones that actually received their order!, many other buyers in USA did not get anything!

Motorhead incense holder
I pre ordered the Motorhead incense holder from The Alternative Shark. The item was supposed to be dispatched early June. I contacted the retailer as it had gone past the dispatch date. I had a prompt response, very apologetic saying there was a delay from the supplier. I was given a new dispatch date, and my item arrived the day after I was notified it was being dispatched. Excellent service and communication, very happy.
