I placed an order (#3393) on 7 May…

I placed an order (#3393) on 7 May 2025, but despite multiple follow-ups via emails and calls, the item has not been delivered till 2 weeks later. Upon contacting their team today Thursday 22 May 2025 via calling 1300 567 637 at 9:49am, I was advised that the model I ordered is out of stock and may require further waiting.
I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my order (#3393) placed on 7 May 2025. Despite waiting for more than two weeks, no one informed me that the item was out of stock, nor was there any indication of this on their website when I placed the order.

It is unacceptable for a customer to be left waiting this long without any proactive communication. I had to repeatedly follow up through emails and calls, only to be informed today 22 May 2025 that my order is still pending due to stock issues. Additionally, I was told that an email regarding this matter had been sent to me yesterday. (Really? After more than 2 weeks waiting and just an email to inform me need more waiting time due to no stock!)

This experience has been highly frustrating, and it reflects poorly on company's service standards.

I am now formally requesting a refund, as I have no certainty on how long this waiting period will take.
Given this experience, I will not be dealing with this company again.

Unacceptable service, rangehood inatallation

Unacceptable service, rangehood exhaust not installedI am extremely disappointed with the service your company provided. We paid for the full installation of our rangehood installation, and there was no indication in the confirmation that the ducted would not be done. I paid $700 for installation and they only installed a power point and failed to complete the ducted installation for rangehood.
This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to cheat us. We trusted your company to deliver what was promised, and you failed to do so. They cheated on us and demand another $400 for ducting.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Installer running scam.
Canceled my new oven install on me twice, even though I had arranged days off work for it. The third time, when they finally installed it i told the installer to not proceed with putting on a metal face panel to cover a cap if it was going to cost me. He put it on anyway. A week later their head office is asking me for payment of $179 for a little piece of stainless steel siliconed on. I would have done it my self for $20. This is a scam they are running in my opinion.
I recommend all avoid this company.
Horrible experience.

Be very careful, what you see is not what you get!
We ordered a dishwasher & oven from the appliance guy’s official website & paid nearly $1900 online inclusive of delivery & installation. Then the next day we received a phone call asking us to pay another $70 before they could “confirm the order”. At no point in the online process were we alerted of the fact that what we paid was not the actual/full price. In fact every step of the way we were assured of the so-called “best price guarantee”. Even worse, after we said we were prepared to pay the extra $70 and asked if that was the final price, we were told “the technician may need to charge other additional fees once on site”... When we pointed out there were no such fees throughout the online ordering process, they then sent us a screenshot of a list of “Installation exclusions”, with some of the fees as high as $300-400! Upon careful checking, we found these “exclusions” were listed at the very bottom of the product page, but the customer is not alerted of such exclusions at all when click “add to cart”, no checkbox, no link, no pop-up, nothing, no even when the customer chooses the installation option!
In the end, because we threatened to take them to the fairtrade, they agreed to refund our money, but not before they wasted a week of our time & caused such nuisance. We ended up buying the same items from other suppliers which were slightly more expensive but were totally upfront with the fees involved, which is the very least one can expect from any reputable online merchant!
We strongly caution against buying from the appliance guys!
