Very good, prompt service, excellent choice of cards and wrapping.

Really impressed with this shop! My order arrived very quickly, although unfortunately the cards were damaged during delivery due to the courier’s handling. I contacted the company and they dealt with it swiftly and professionally, sending out a replacement that arrived the very next day, this time perfectly packaged. They also have a great selection of cards to choose from. Excellent customer service all around, highly recommend!

I had been trying to obtain a particular advent calendar for my son, but the shop which I normally use had sold out of this item. I then found out that this calendar was being supplied by The Art File. I immediately placed an order with them and my items arrived the next day in perfect condition. I will definitely be using their services again.

I had a packaging issue with my second order from the company. They did a terrible job with packaging, resulting in many cards being damaged. I do not recommend ordering postcards here, especially for an important occasion, as you just won’t be able to use them.

Beautiful cards! Delivered really quickly just before Christmas. I even got in touch to change delivery address and got a reply straight away saying they’ve updated address and sure enough it came to the right address :) thank you! Will be ordering again :)

At last!! A greetings card that will cope with real pen and ink. The easy peel labels do come off so I can say this product apeels to me.

Same as other reviews, an ‘easy peel’ label on the card didn’t peel off and ruined the card. Contacted Art File and they wasn’t interested. Thanks!

Valentines card held together with a sticker label that says 'easy peel'. It is not. It did not peel off easily, the label took of some of the print of the design on the front and took so long to peel off the back I left some of it on. It also damaged the back of the card. Not good.
