Establishing and Running Cloud Kitchen
Being a good cook I received many compliments from my Family and Friends. I got the idea of starting a cloud kitchen with one of my family member. I was in a search how to start cloud kitchen, but again, I was overwhelmed with the information on the internet. I dropped the idea of opening of CK, but there was a emptiness in my heart..Why I was not doing something which I wanted to do. I was scrolling insta reels then I came across Abhinav Sir's reel, I ignored thinking that this is again one and the same reel. After 4 days I made my mind to attend his Master Class , which is free of cost. There, sir's messages ignited my wish again, I watched masterclass 2 times, I noted very new points.
After many thoughts/suggestions, and joined silver membership thinking that let's see what happens.
To be honest after 2-3 videos I started to learn many things. Opening Cloud Kitchen is just a wish, but there are many things I have to work upon. I always revise 6 principles of Success before I start to learn new thing. 4 types of CKs blowed my mind and made a wish to start co-kitchen Multi Restaurateur brand.
Still on the learning process.. I am sure I will be the best of best CK in my city, and for this I need this community. I am happy that I made a very good decision to join this community. I am sure that I will message again with my huge success In Sha Allah.

I attended Abhinav's Webinar as I am seeking to start my cloud kitchen. The webinar gave me few important insights & hence i went ahead and took up his course on cloud kitchen. While i being a complete newbe to the word business and starting my cloud kitchen all my myself, this is a huge leap of faith for me - but while doing this course, i have come to realise few very important things.

Superb guidance with lots of practical step by step guidance handholding a new comer in the industry. Great structure and deep knowledge of the subject is what makes the entire course even valuable. I would highly recommend to whoever aspires to enter the food industry but has no idea where to start.

My top learning from this course is how to identify your niche and micro niche and work on them.
Also, business in not all about profit but to make profit we need to work on many things like money management, mind management, self discipline. Post that profit is just byproduct. This learning is very important.

Most important day 2 ka 2nd video h mere liye because aj m clear kar api hu ki meri micro niche kya hogi. 5 P model hame ye samjhane m help karta h ki hamara agar food business m intrest h to hum baki sabhi efforts laga kar pana business ko suru kar sakte hDay 2 ka 4th video hame help karta h different platform par hamari micro niche-ko kese or different kar sakte h. Last m day 2 ka 5th video brand making process ke liye best idea provide karata h. M honestly sare video serial vis dekh rahi hu or task bhi complete karne ki koshish kar rahi hu . Since joining I have been learning about not only how start a business but how to make it work . The customer engagement ideas , Various apps those are available out there , Use of AI , Automation, marketing and the path to follow.
