I have never wanted to leave a glowing review so badly ♡
I discovered this site looking for Monet prints one evening and what a find it has been! I could cry. I'm so happy.
1) The art they offer is incredible.
2) The prices are more than fair, in my opinion. Incredibly so, actually.
3) The team members are the most patient and helpful people I've come across in a long time.
4) Delivery was quick, and packaging was so beautifully considerate; nothing could damage my canvases, and they were delivered extremely quickly.
I ordered a print, but what I actually wanted was a canvas, and TheArtPrintCompany was more than happy to alter my order for me. Not only did I email multiple times, but I called to confirm the change as well - which they did confirm - and they were so understanding about it.
Only then did I notice I'd ordered another wrong canvas as well! So, two separate errors in one order, but knowing I'd been a pain already and grateful for the first alteration, I chose to accept my fate. I cannot express my delight at opening my package to see I have all six accurate, undamaged, wonderfully framed, solid canvases in front of me. AND THEY'RE ALL CORRECT. I guess they understood my mission and corrected both errors for me? Or the stars simply aligned? Whatever it may be, I am so happy and so grateful.
I will definitely recommend and return to TheArtPrintCompany. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for all your help! ♡

Another great purchase from this company! I have taken a lot of time to make my choices but the website is really excellent as regards being able to zoom in to see the colours and also to see the pictures in actual room settings. Great to have a good choice of sizes and type of finish. All very user friendly, easy to purchase and robust packaging. Extremely pleased all round and my house looks great! Still might be able to squeeze another few pictures in at some point! Compliments from friends who I’ve pointed in your direction. Would not hesitate to recommend very highly.

Initially unfamiliar with this company, I decided to give them a chance, and I'm genuinely impressed by both the quality of their products and their outstanding service. When I inquired about the delivery timeline, they responded swiftly and put my mind at ease. The only hiccup was with the delivery service (DHL), which provided inconsistent information. They initially promised a Monday delivery but then messaged on Thursday evening about a Friday morning delivery window between 9:50 and 11:50. Having already planned to be home on Monday for the delivery, I wasn't thrilled by the change, especially since the package ultimately arrived at 8:30. However, this was beyond the art print company's control, which was otherwise excellent. I will surely order from them again, as the artwork's quality is exceptional and fully justifies the cost.
