I thank Kaustubh for being so patient with all the questions asked and introducing us to this powerful methodology ...

This is my 3rd experience with Kaustabh and this time in the capacity of a Facilitator getting trained by him. His Willingness to give, patience to respond and clarity to handhold Me through the journey has been immensely satisfying and makes full of gratitude and Honour and to embrace the same virtues even more than what I walked into his 2 day TTT program with.

If you are open to look inward, explore own strengths as well as inhibitions, Kaustubh is the facilitator for you. I attended a program designed largely for facilitators, trainers and educators. The group came from diverse background; what was common for us was a deep learning, high sense of inclusivity and further clarity as a facilitator ourselves. I personally learnt a lot for Kaustubh's approach of "not rushing to outcome, but focus on learners' reflection and flow".

I have had a great learning about the fundamentals of Applied Theatre. ATI is doing a great job in bringing Applied Theatre to the mainstream. It is such an expansive space, limited only by your imagination.
Kaustubh has been a great trainer and facilitator. He has opened several doors and windows of exploring Applied Theatre for us to immerse in.
A big thank you to Kaustubh and ATI.

In this journey with the facilitator Kaustubh, firstly it's an eye-opener towards the conceptual understanding.
Secondly create a space where learning approaching is participatory delve in deeper understanding about the concept in various contextual examples.
It's an unwavering support through the process where me as a learner experience the learning different perspective towards the concept.

Kaustubh is an amazing facilitator. Very structured and well-experienced. He brings clarity on the subject he is working on from a very creative standpoint. I really enjoyed being in his training and is very impressed by the way he patiently deals with a diverse group of participants while giving personal attention to each. He is driven by passion and that's what makes him instantly likable. Hats off to you!

Selected games were helpful for us as facilitator in our professional requirements. He explained everything with clarity. As per the schedule he has given us everything with no rush. All queries were answered and made us powerful.

The activities used in the training were really amazing. The discussions at the end if each activity gave me new insights. Kaustubh is an excellent trainer. He conducts the training in a very composed manner. He has great clarity about the entire workshop.

Kaustubh is a great Facilitator! He keeps his sessions really simple while teaching complex concepts. I would like to attend more of his sessions.
