Annie is customer services responded to my email in under 10 minutes and sorted out my problems immediately. Very polite, very knowledgeable about her job and such a pleasure to find this day and age.

Failed to spot a Cat S on a purchase, do not use! Very poor customer service attitude too. And as for their reply about requesting a salvage report, this was not correct. I assumed a company that advertised complete car background checking would have all the bases covered…as they are meant to be experts.

Straight forward accurate information about the car I have now bought for the sake of £10 I slept much better Annie was extremely helpful have been sold a couple of wrong ones before today this service helps in that not happening would always use auto experts bottom line it’s peace of mind.

I used the auto experts to check on a vehicle prior to purchase for my daughters first car. And I'm very glad I did.
The vehicle in question had outstanding finance on it which the seller didn't disclose. Which inevitably wouldve cost me thousands had i not used the auto experts app.
It was the best tenner id spent in a very long time.
I'd always recommend them from now on.
And they're follow up communication is second to none.

The Auto Experts auto check report was great and well worth the price. It was the only car check report that would give me the last 5 digits of the vin so I could verify the car I was looking at was the real deal! Annie, their representative responded to my emails very prompty with correct information. Highly recommended and I would use them again without reservation!

Don’t bother with The Auto Experts!!!! The information provided was out of date. Looking at a 9 year old car the information said 0 previous owners and my reg was invalid even though it was clearly on the DVLA websit. The response from Annie from auto experts was to look up the information ourselves and all the information she gets is from “Experian” so not her fault!!!! Rubbish customer service. so don’t bother with Auto experts use. Experian
