I had such a great experience with the aviary as the product came right on time and the comunnication was great

Good cause but the flavour was not there.

Came across Aviary Coffee Shop online and thought would have a look. I LOVE that they are so transparent with how they are helping conservation of vulnerable parrot species with how they make their coffee. I didn’t know which blend to choose but they have a great quiz that matches you with your blend and each blend is named after a specific rainforest parrot! My blend was the Military Macaw and it arrived with a leaflet with a picture of the beautiful bird with a little info about how our purchase is helping this officially ‘vulnerable’ species.
A lot of products say they helping/environmentally friendly but this company actually means it and is making a difference. Definitely buy if you want to feel even better after a coffee! 🙌

Since becoming a mum, 4 years ago, I have become a little fussy with my coffee (it needs to feel like a reward after a not unusual night of wakes with babies) - absolutely LOVE it.. better than any of the other coffee beans I’ve tried. Makes a great flat white. Also fast delivery and major bonus that it helps towards animal conservation and is single origin. Thank you!

Ok but not great. Made the purchase after reading about the environmental ethos, but the coffee was disappointing. The roasted date was about 8 weeks before the coffee was delivered. The quality suffers as a result. At nearly £14 for 250g I was expecting better. Compares unfavourably to the supplier I usually use where the coffee is roasted and dispatched within a week, and is significantly cheaper.

I ordered whole bean midnight canopy, fabulous coffee, ethically sourced. And delivery fast. Friendly team. I Will definitely be purchasing more, it will be my new go to coffee. Definitely recommend.

Amazing coffee with an amazing cause! I used it to make cold brew and it really brings out the deep chocolate flavours and amazing caramel like sweetness. Will be buying agai!

I had my first cup of this wonderful coffee today, it was the best I've tasted in a long time.
It's full of flavour and not bitter like some I've tried. This is a win win product that the beans not only come from the places our feathered friends do, but is also saving their habitat and their conservation is key.

Exceptionally good coffee with a rich flavour without being bittter. Its an ethical company that supports aiviculture in the areas where the coffee is grown. What's not to like?
