I placed an order on April 1st, I haven't received any email yet confirming that the item has been shipped after almost a month, I emailed customer service twice but never received a reply, I'm really sorry all this but i got really bad service i will never buy from them again!

Fantastic company
I ordered 5 baby bear hoodies for my son and his little friends for one of their birthdays. The BabyCabin were fantastic at customer service with very quick replies to any questions, shipping was efficient and fast and the quality of the hoodies are amazing. Will post a photo of the little ones in their hoodies when we are allowed to meet as a 6! Bring on 29th March!
Will definitely order from thebabycabin again.
