wrong order was sent out to me, the guy who I spoke to was rude and didn't listen to what I was saying, he kept interrupting me, and basically me a liar and said I had said what I said I had said at the start of the phone call, he then said I'm done and hung up the phone....I record all my calls, so I listened back to the call and he was wrong I had explained my problem with the order.....so please be aware of this very rude self centred individual who tries to overtalk and not listen, the old saying is true 2 ears to listen and 1 mouth to speak.....

Order took 9 days from initial order until I finally received it correctly. Badge was for an 18th. birthday but the first one came with 3rd written on it!
Did get an apology and the correct one eventually. Badge is as expected. 1 star off for the inconvenience and worry waiting to get it.

Well over priced bought a jacket looked up one line 300 to 400 cheaper

I ordered a birthday badge for my friends 75th birthday it arrived by post 12pm on sat which I thought fantastic 4 days before his birthday ! However when i checked badge it said happy 7th birthday . I tried ringing , emailing no answer , I rang first thing Monday morning the guy who answered the phone was very rude no apology said were only human & mistakes are made I understand this happens but it was a picture badge & pretty obvious he was wasn’t 7! Offered refund or resend a badge first class which should arrive on Tuesday my friends birthday he said I can’t help Royal Mail if it doesn’t arrive Tues .it arrived wed afternoon . I’m very disappointed with his whole attitude ! & was really upset I had 2 badges that were both useless !

I wanted to have a one off badge made for a big birthday and found this company via Google. I particularly liked that I could make a single badge as other companies I'd looked at seem to have a minimum order which is not what I wanted. I selected the size of badge I wanted and uploaded my own picture. Chose the shipping option and the badge was dispatched pretty promptly after I'd placed my order. Less than a week from order date to receiving the badge via Royal Mail. It looks really good and I'm really pleased with the result. I'd definitely use this company again if I wanted to make a custom badge(s). Thank you

I had a rush order for badges for my Father in law's funeral. My supplier was unable to deliver in time. I phoned the badge centre and explained my situation to the lovely Lynette, she assured me that if I sent my artwork through, that she would mark my order as 'urgent' and have my order dispatched that day. I did so but was very unsure about receiving the badges in time for the funeral. I phoned again, still doubting whether it would be possible. Lynette took my call again and put Lee on the phone, who offered to make a small adjustment to make the wording on my artwork more legible. The next day my badges arrived in the post. There were PEEFECT, so much better than I had even imagined, and the family really loved them as a keep sake from the funeral. I want to give a massive Thank you to Lynette and Lee from The Badge Centre! I wholeheartedly recommend this company and appreciate the diligent and accommodating way that they dealt with my order with such a tight deadline. I will definitely order again. Thank You again The Badge Centre :o)

I received a large order from a customer at 5pm on Monday that I was unable to fulfil myself in the short timescale they were needed for so I outsourced this to the Badge company. I dropped them an email that evening before placing the order to see if they would be able to meet the tight deadline. I expected a reply the next working day at the earliest so was very pleasantly surprised to get a reply that evening stating they could!
I placed the order Tuesday morning using the quicker dispatch option hoping they would be with me by the Friday deadline. They arrived with me Wednesday afternoon!
I can not fault the incredible customer service nor the speed in which these were made and with me.
I highly recommend the Badge Centre and will happily use again.

Excellent service - I was a bit dubious as I was not able to view my design before I received the badges. However, the person processing my order clearly listened to and understood my requests and the badges are exactly what I was looking for. Excellent quality and far surpassed the quoted dispatch/delivery time. What’s not to love?!

I don’t normally write reviews but I ordered from this site and then checked on here after and was a little worried… well I had an amazing experience! I ordered some key rings and was expecting to wait 5 days before dispatch as stated, but 2 days after I ordered they arrived through my door! Very quick service, high quality items even if they’re a bit too small for what I need (measurements were listed very clearly on the site, my own miscalculations!!) and stupidly affordable. I will be ordering again!

Badges not arrived in time. I tried to arrange pick up as I thought delivery might take too long. Company totally unresponsive on phone, online enquiries form and email. Total waste of money as badges (if/when they do arrive) are now useless.

Maybe an answer phone message or auto email response advising you were closed would have been helpful. Even more unlikely to recommend your company following the tone of your response.

What a shame that I can only give 5 stars. I contacted the company as I needed an order of badges ASAP. I spoke to a really delightful gentleman ,who reassured me that if I added a message to my order stating the urgency, they would do their upmost to send my order as quickly as possible.
I sent the message and was amazed to receive my order the next day!
The badges are good quality and our pupils loved them.
I would thoroughly recommend using this company.

Clicked on a product to order. Selected "Dispatch in 5 working days"

Basket stated "Dispatch in 5 working days".

Checkout stated stated "Dispatch in 5 working days"

Order placed and payment made. Confirmation email stated "Dispatch in 5 working days"

Received email 5 working days later stating ORDER SHIPPED.

Order arrived 8 days later.

When I complained I was told the shipped email had been sent in error because of the way their system works and that I should have read the T&C's on a separate page of the website and that it was all my own fault.

When I pointed out I could have contacted them to work together to ensure my deadline would have been met if I'd known it hadn't really been shipped their response was "it wouldn't have made any difference because we wouldn't have got the order out anyway."

This was back in November and the client has never given me any more work after I thoroughly embarrassed myself after promising they could have their badges for selling at an event.

I work with a lot of printers and incentives companies but I have never received such bad service as I received from The Badge Centre.

I placed an order for some simple text-only badges but no badges were sent (I waited four weeks). When I wrote to ask where my badges were, a refund was issued. No explanation. No apology. I wrote again to ask why and, thus far, my email has been ignored.

Ordered 100 personalised badges to put in my hangover kits for my wedding. They arrived this afternoon and were exactly what I asked for. Couldn’t be happier! If I ever need badges again I will definitely be using the badge center again.

Terrible service can't design a product and ship it out. Then can't issue refunds correctly first one was unsuccessful had to chase that one up myself. They sent me a second one according to them last Saturday 7 days still not here. I'm very annoyed with the badge center now where I've had to get citizen advice and trading standards involved because they simply are incompetent and wasting my time no checking online banking and sending them countless emails. When the first refund didn't go in they could of easily bank transfer my second refund to slow the delay and make sure I got it and not like the first time but they didn't. They are really doing my head in now. Do not use at all cost.

Terrible service. Ordered badges 3 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. I have emailed twice to find out when they will be dispatched and had no reply. No answer on the contact number either.

Have placed order and heard nothing for best part of 3 weeks. Email requesting updates last week not been answered so requesting a refund. No idea if order been processed, is on its way or has got lostbut either way I am out of pocket for 500 and have no badges to show for it and no explanation.
