Very friendly and experienced guys.
A positive shopping place with lots of different stock like handbags, purses, wallets and luggage of all types. (Suitable for airport travel) You will definitely find what you need here and much more. Prices are good and you can get some discounts too. Secondhand stock available.
We have shopped here regularly over the past 26 years. The bag shop has been going for 40 years plus. The bags last for years as they are good quality.
Great place to go and I highly recommend it.

If I needed to buy a suitcase I would go there too - they had a great selection and evident expertise.

They said they had refunded my item but no money appeared in my account.
They don’t answer emails and don’t answer phone.

So do not buy from them.

Bought a bag tried to return more or less same time it arrived however no Rmr code sent for me to return no response from them will never buy for this company again

brought 2 bags both faulty sent pics was told could return them for refund thst they would send out label months later no label was sent and emails ignored stay away

This order was in a mess. However the company sorted it out and as I had to buy new presents refunded me. Hopefully in my bank in about a week. So I was harsh in my criticism as no one answered emails. There system was down!
So things are hopefully ok now.

Was pleased to find a replacement rucksack just like my favourite one, which is now discontinued in other places, and at a good price. But it split on the first use so I emailed them. Didn't hear back for a couple of weeks so checked out the website about returns. Says they have no quibble return or replacements for 28 days. Filled in the online form and have heard nothing again. My 28 days is now passed so I'm assuming they had no intention of replacing it.
