Same Situation as described below! I ordered numerous time previously with the balanced market - no issues. Placed an order during their sale and nothing. No tracking number, and no response on the plethora of emails I sent inquiring in the two months post initial order. I used my debit card to pay - hopefully I can recover cost - guess I have to dispute charge, as others are doing. What a disappointment…

Scammed! - me too by balanced market. Have been a loyal customer for a while...have placed numerous orders...each arrived on time and perfectly. Ever since the tariffs and their announcement of closure + sale they have been scammy!! I placed an order during the closing down sale .. no confirmation... no shipment ... no package! I have emailed them multiple times and no response. I tried insta dm ... no response. They have turned off commenting on insta posts too. Hard to believe those 2 sisters would turn their back on a loyal customer base so shamelessly! I hav opened a CC claim with my bank so hopefully I get my $300 back.

Have not received my almost $300 worth of supplements nor any replies to my multiple email correspondence messages. I ordered my product May 27th 2025, I have since been in contact with The balanced market three times via email thanking them for their business and the opportunities for having access to supplement products that otherwise might be inaccessible And gracefully asking about my product considering they were having a closing out sale I was okay with waiting a bit out of compassion for the workload they must have. I have ordered from this company two other times with no issues. Thank you to all those who have left a review here as it validated that I wasn't the only one who didn't receive my products. Unfortunately it has come to me having to call my credit card company to open a dispute As it seems there is a lack of integrity on balanced market's end.

Providing an update that it’s been another month with no response from The Balanced Market so I have gone ahead and disputed the charge on my credit card. I feel I have no other option since they are MIA.

Same boat as everyone else. Getting very frustrated. I have ordered before and got my order so it was a legit thing. But the fact they held a sale and just kept all of our money without shipping our items is horrendous. Absolutely the lowest.

Unfortunately, I am in the same situation as the other reviewers. I placed my order mid May, received an email May 27, order is on its way, with no tracking number. It’s been like that ever since. I tried 3-4 very polite emails asking for them to update me regarding my order. No response from them. I have been completely ignored just like the other reviewers. It’s now July 13th. I will update if anything changes, but right now I believe I will not be receiving my order. Sorry to the rest of the reviewers that have to go through this as well. If balancedmarket reads this, my order was done using a different email than my google account.

I'm in the same boat as others here. Put in an order 1.5 months ago, have sent multiple emails inquiring on the status of the order, and no response.

Unfortunate because I had ordered from them a few times over the last couple years with no issues. It's like the tariff wars started and they decided to shut down while doing one last sale, taking everyone's money, and peacing out. Not cool !

Myself, along with countless others, failed to receive their order(s) with some dating back to April 2025. The company has failed to respond to multiple emails, messages, DM's and Facebook comments to date. They have since removed their Facebook page and turned off commenting on Instagram because of the great many negative comments and complaints. There is a note on their website which purports they will be shipping out pending orders, however, this has gone on far too long to make me believe they are anything close to a legitimate business. Do not order from this company.

They look very legit and I would be very surprised if they are not, but unfortunately my order was ghosted. I placed the order and almost a month later it has not been shipped yet, although on the website it is stated "Orders take 1-5 business days to process before they ship". I sent them an email through their website, but no answer.
