The bandsaw blades arrived in good time in a fairly thick plastic bag ,the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because they were bunched in together I'm not sure if this would affect the sharpness of the blade in transit . However they do look good quality ,I haven't tried them yet so we'll see I'm sure they'll work well.

Excellent communication. We had a problem with the original size of our blades but they kindly offered to resize on return. Unfortunately they got lost in the post, but on proof of sending they sent new ones out free of charge. Will choose The Bandsaw Shop first in future. Thanks again.

I believe the website might be fraudulent. I ordered three band saws, and they claimed to ship them via Royal Mail. However, even after a week, I haven’t received anything. When I reached out through the only available contact method—email—I received a reply from someone named Tom stating that no tracking number was available.

This is highly unusual, as Royal Mail always provides tracking for parcels. Additionally, the website lacks alternative contact options and a proper complaint logging system. These factors raise serious concerns about the trustworthiness of the website.

Very good service. Great over the phone advice and help in picking the blade I needed. Fast delivery and so far great working blade.

I was recently ripped off by another company selling bandsaw blades more local to me won’t mention any names got the size wrong and the amount of teeth and charged a huge amount of money for two blades gutted. found your website thought the prices were really keen decided to have another go absolutely delighted.
