I bought 4 of these for my kitchen and they are lovely. Initially I ordered a smaller size and needed to exchange for the extra large Sam at the basket company was wonderful and found me the replacements, arranged the exchange with no fuss or bother. Good old fashioned customer service is hard to find these days
