Everything looked so great on upto 85% discounts… I picked out numerous items and then seemingly paid $55.00 plus Canadian dollars and then I went finally to make an account on the site,it will not recognize my password nor send me a code to make a New password at all. Then I went to my bank account to check and there was a note saying I paid that amount to some rip -off company,that Trust plot hasn’t even recorded,called 40.26 Wigvista HONG KONG!! What the hey!!!? No notice in email for even a confirmation of my payment,nor anything about shipping..no info at all. Scammed for Sure! I’ll call my bank to report . Damn.Be Aware!

Gift cards are no longer valid so stupid
This is so stupid that the store is still open for business but not accepting gift cards anymore. I was out of the country and came back last week heard about the store is closing so I went there to use my $100 gift card but unfortunately they said that the gift cards are no longer valid so disappointed
The Hudson's Bay Neo Credit Card
This card was good when it first came out, customer service was great etc. They moved their call centers to a country far away from here I'm not going to say which one but I'm sure you can guess. The minute that happened my card started getting hacked, I had multiple hacks within several weeks of mass attempts to charge hundreds of online purchases. Took me ages to settle it, and shortly after I was issued a new number it was hacked again the same way. I closed the account a year and a half ago but I still get emails from them telling me the charge I'm trying to put through on my closed card is being declined because they're still trying to hack it. These bozos don't close the accounts fully because there's some kind of a racket going there I'm telling you. After this bizarre recent meal charge I got notified about other credit cards in my family were backed trying to get the same charge through. This company should be investigated shut down and jailed. Under no circumstances should you even consider inquiring about this card I wouldn't even click on the web page, I wouldn't say it out loud. You've been warned. Koho is awesome it's insane to use this card

Bought a Dielsel watch for $525 the watch was defective within the first year. Store does not accept returns after 30 days and instead refers you to the manufacturer warranty instead. When approaching the manufacturer was told that that only pay for the return shipping of the product and can not gaurantee repair. Spoke to Hudson bay manager again and was told that they will not cover the additional shipping costs that have occured from the faulty product. There is no point in purchasing from a retailer any longer as this seems to be the new norm, might as well just buy direct from the manufacturer and cut out the middle man completely. will likely save money this way anyways. Would no longer recommend this company for anyone adn has taken a drastic turn from the store that it used to be.

Deplorable
It is such a shame, what happened? The service and cleanliness of the store has been so bad that we no longer shop there. From the deplorable washrooms to the broken escalators and dust bunny's every where. This use to be such a classy place to shop, very sad to see this.

My order of $250 for my loved ones…
My order of $250 for my loved ones Christmas gift never arrived. No notes were left at my mailbox telling me where to pick the parcel up. No email or phone call regarding any issue with the address and why UPS couldn't deliver the package. Finally, reached out to HBC, they told me that UPS has returned the parcel back to HBC warehouse and they were sorry and blah blah and they would process the refund immediately. Still no explanation as why my package hadn't been delivered and why I didn't received any note in my mail box regarding where to pick up the my order. Disappointed, I went and bought those items again from a store and paid more because the initial sale was not going anymore. But the disappointment didn't end here. Next day I received a message from HBC, telling me that they hadn't received the package and therefore they were not able to refund my money until they received the package and they made sure that the package was not lost or damaged. I was in contact with them for 10 days, trying to understand why they would unlawfully keep my money until they see the package is not damaged. No proper response. Still don't understand what I would have to do with a package that I hadn't even seen and why my money should have been kept unlawfully for whatever mess UPS had done. This proved to me that what HBC is doing is robbing people's money instead of selling stuff to them. At the end and after 10 days, when they received the package, they refunded my money and offered $15 points as an exchange for all the financial and emotional damage they caused. I immediately cancelled my membership after 10 years being loyal customer. HBC is robbing people's money and nothing else
Christmas scandal
I ordered a shirt and pants as a christmas gift for a family member about a week before christmas. On the site, it said everything would arrive before or on the 24th. Once I ordered them, it now said that the estimated delivery was before or on the 24th. The shirt arrived a couple of days before christmas, as expected, but the pants weren’t even shipped on the 24th. What an absolute awful experience. I get an email the 26th saying I’ll get a refund because the item isn’t in stock. I find it crazy that they let you purchase something and then tell you more than a week after that it’s not in stock.
Item not as described and HBC won't accept a return
I purchased a set of sheets in-store, washed them, and discovered that the pillowcases included in the set are not the correct size. I reached out to customer service, who informed me that even though I did not receive what I purchased, they require us to physically return the sheets, but they won't accept a return because we've washed them. This would be such a simple thing for them to rectify. I can't imagine choosing to shop at HBC in the future if this is how they handle their mistakes. I would be happy to delete this review if HBC makes good on this purchase.

Customer Service was not helpful at all. It is just a call center any where in the world. My order of $237.00 was delivered but I never received the package because the fedex courrier left my package in the entrance of my apartment building when I was not home. Instead of leaving a delivery notice, FedEx just rang any doorbell to enter the building. My package went missing and both Hudson Bay and courrier claim no responsibility . I will never order online again. As far as Hudson Bay, customer service has gone down the drain. Sad, I have shopped there for over 30 years but it is time to shop elsewhere.

Terrible service. Ordered a bunch of towels which we were charged for and never received. We tried to contact the Bay but were unsuccessful. We are waiting weeks.
Completely disappointing experience with a store we once loved. Last time we order from them.
