My Great Experience

I was very skeptical about ordering Radiancy, mostly because of prior experience with online ordering from Facebook. I received my order in no time and started that Sunday morning, doing one pill a day to see how my body responded. Everything went well so started 2 day for another week. Finally did four in the morning with no issues. I see or feel different improvements daily. So glad I went with my intuition from other customers reviews on Facebook. BB’s Company’s two products

Good products and company

This a good Company. Ordering works great and product comes quickly to Canada. I have been using provitolize for several months and find it works well. My hip pain is gone and this is the first product with probiotics, I have used, that has helped my gut. Sad that it is so expensive and price rises a little bit each time I get a delivery. Hope that doesn’t continue, else will have to quit.

Will definitely recommend!

I have been using the slim gut bundle for about 2 months now and I have loved it. I am hypothyroid and have issues with constipation and gastro paresis. This has helped keep everything moving more normally. No more miralax. I am hoping that with continued use it will also help with some weight issues. But I will probably have to lower my stress levels and change some of the medications I take before that resolves. The amazing team at BB has been super helpful. You guys rock!

After three days I was able to sleep on…

After three days I was able to sleep on my side. I don't go to bed with patches for the pain, I don't need physical therapy and I can take long walks with dog without crying and worrying if I was going to make it home after ten minutes. Provitalize has been a life saver. Thank you.

BEWARE

I ordered their PROVITALIZE & never received it! My money was immediately taken from my bank acct. I tried unsuccessfully 7-8 times to hopefully get my product. I really tried to work them because I wanted to try the product. I finally gave up & disputed it through my bank.

A reliable company with a great supplement

I have been taking bb Company Provitalize for a couple of years now. I struggle with a few disgestive issues and this supplement really helped me. I also had the middle age hip pain that they described in their ad that got my attention.

I didn’t realize how dependent I have grown on bb PROVITALIZE until my local Postal Service went on strike. For many weeks. This was followed by my local government employees going on strike.

I had only a few pills left, and as I was packing to go away for a longish trip. I realized that the current shipment may be too late!

But it arrived, on time, like clockwork. I was elated to get my hands on the next 3 bottles as I was leaving on my trip. These people exceeded my expectation and delivered despite the long odds.

A well earned five star rating…

My experience with BBCompany was friendly, helpful, and professional.Due to a lengthy surgical recovery, I was having great difficulty locating all my 2024 receipts from BBC to meet my tax extension. BBC company completely understood my problem. They located my account, itemized my 2024 purchases,and totaled them for me.
They communicated with me often and sent me the completed list of products and costs. They helped solve a huge problem for me, and I am truly grateful for this professional assistance. They certainly proved to me they are a five star company!

Provitalize gave me insomnia

I tried Provitalize for hip pain. I took it for less than 2 weeks, before I had to stop. I started getting terrible insomnia and skin outbreaks on my face. I emailed the company for a refund, but got ignored I got my money back from PayPal

2 months of product with no change.

Took Provitalize for 2 months as instructed and saw little to no improvement in hip pain. Did not find that this product helped with any bowel regularity and did not lose any weight while taking the product. Basically any of the claims they made about the product were not experienced. Would not recommend.

I am trying to report a very offensive, objectionable commercial.

I am trying to report a very objectionable Provitalize commercial, showing over YouTube. It has an obese woman, putting something in the back seat of her car, telling the children in the car to "shut your mouth" and later in the dialog of the commercial script, she looks into the camera and tells the viewers to "just try the damn product". Is this suppose to be funny? IT IS NOT!! I find it objectionable and degrading on several levels: 1) to the children 2) and to the viewers for her language is offensive, 3) and disrespectful to the company who is paying her to promote this product . I would not want to try any company's "damn" product is this is how it is presented. This commercial needs to be researched and removed, immediately. It is not the best representation of this product, or of this company, I hope!! I reported it for further research for the the marketing department and my complaint went no where!! They said to go to Trustpilot-- so here I am.

I found that I was not able to tolerate the products side effects (diarrhea). Spoke to Sky and she was very helpful. Just because it didn't suit me, doesn't change the fact that I left the chat with an excellent opinion of the company.

Excellent customer service.

I ordered Radiancy and before the item arrived I found out that due to a medical condition, I was not allowed to take probiotics. I contacted support via chat link and tried to stop the order. It had already shipped and could not be stopped. Max from customer support processed a refund for me and said I could give the product to a friend to try. Excellent customer service. I only wish I could have tried the product.
