Not even sure if they are running properly as a business, I ordered a Guardenza, Beard Oil, Valdivian, with my points that I'd been saving up. Ordered 15/7/26, today on the 31/7/26 I have had a hair serum Scotch Porter delivered ( I don't have any hair). No response to two emails, or a message on the web site. So no beard oil and a product I can't use and no communication.

Avoid at all costs, get your products elsewhere.

Edit managed to get a response via email through the other company they own and run, the car key people (which is listed as a return address for beard shed products) the response was oh different business we can help with car keys, so if you need car keys as well I'd steer clear.

Received beard oils that were clearly old and smelt like paint. Emailed, no answer, called, no answer. Bunch of crooks. Go elsewhere with your purchasing power. - Note on the below feedback from Beard Shed - They STILL havent replied to me, Order was ORDER #21847. It was ordered in my name!

I have had orders from here before which were all good with no complaints but my latest £30 order has not been delivered for 3 to 4 weeks now but is showing as delivered. Have attempted to contact them and had no response. I won't be using again

Never received my items. customer service sent me one email saying it’s been delivered with a screenshot and that’s all the response I got. Also to add the customer service is nonexistent. Numerous emails later I’ve still not had a response or my order turn up.
Avoid at all costs.

I used this company several times in the past and my experience was usually pretty good but more recently I’ve found the experience less positive. Specifically, they advertise free delivery on all UK orders but that’s not actually available. I’ve contacted them about that and the response (when I eventually got it) was that they don’t offer it but it’s clearly showing on their website. Highlighted this to them but they’ve not responded. Very misleading for customers as customer service used to be good. Shame.

I ordered and paid for 3 items with express delivery but they didn’t send the items out, even after 7 days and contacting them 3 times. Best to avoid them completely and look elsewhere, all the products they sell are available on other sites.

I used this company many times in the past and never had any issue. Unfortunately my last purchase bring the worst possible experience: I have never received my order and three attempts to contact the seller were left without any replies. All good reputation was ruined. Very unreliable seller. AVOID!!!

Poor, placed an order little over three weeks ago for mariner jack beard soap block left hanging for an unacceptable time frame for dispatch and they've sent the wrong product a beard balm instead of the solid soap

Had an issue with an order not turning up. Mailed them after a couple of weeks and was really happy with the customer service received.

They arranged a replacement order and it was received within a couple of days .

Was really happy with the communication throughout and thought they were really helpful. Would happily recommend based on the service received and also the great products they stock.

Had an issue with a parcel not arriving. After waiting a few weeks to see if it would turn up I contacted the beard shed and explained the situation. They offered to resend the order but unfortunately one of the items wasn't in stock so they refunded the out of stock item and send the others. Very pleased with the customer service experience.

Horrendous customer service. Have used this company for years, fine until you inevitably have an issue with an order. In which case they will not care less, rude, unprofessional and liers. Anything to avoid refunding or replacing an order.

I've used this company multiple times, service has always been great as are the products.

Recently Royal Mail lost my order so a replacement was sent out 1st class - nothing to complain about here. A company can't be blamed for Royal Mail's issues and they were quick to rectify.

I've ordered a few times in the past and it has normally been pretty good; however, it is my view that you can get the measure of a company when there are issues...

I recently a placed an order and it never arrived. The tracking app they use (Shop) said the status was "sent". After 2 emails, they responded to me saying it had been delivered showing me a screen shot from Royal Mail. No one was in when it was supposedly delivered and they won't show me who (if anyone) signed for it. Essentially their response is "speak to Royal Mail" (in spite of the fact that it is the responsibility of the seller to follow up with couriers).

Let's set aside their legal duties, whenever I have had a similar issue with a company in the past, they will always sort it out quickly and politely. Not only did the Beard Shed fail to follow up, their emails went from short to flat out rude pretty quickly!

I had to contact Beardshed 3 times before I got a response in trying to track down my order (hence 4 stars). Once they got in touch, the advised me to check with RM who, having spent 4 hours trying to get through to them over two days told me they had the item, which has just been delivered.

Product was well packaged and anyone who has used Detroit products will know, you can’t go wrong. Until we can travel again, I will use Beard Shed again.

Love this place, great selection, excellent customer service and love their recommendations. My go to place for beard grooming.

Horrible experience. Avoid by all means. My parcel was never delivered and they do not resend or refund. They argue that the Royal Mail says it was delivered, and so the retailer's answer is "you will have to take up with Royal Mail", "we offer no guarantees" and "The Beard Shed takes no responsibility should your parcel not arrive".
Under the Consumer Rights Act, the goods remain at the retailer's risk until they are received by me. Even though I told them about this, they fully ignored it. I always want to support smaller retailers, but it is these irresponsible retailers that lead us to use amazon.

I was sent a faulty bottle of beard oil that had split at the top of the dropper which meant there was a leakage of oil everywhere. It was packaged very well which means it was actually sent like it. I took photos and emailed them over but have had no response. I've messaged them via Facebook, again, no response. Poor experience and clearly don't know how to treat customers. A shame as I was a first time buyer, but will look to go elsewhere. I do not recommend.

I began using them due to trying to source a specific brand which seemed to be hard to find in the UK.

Website is easy to use, accurate and upto date with products. Great selection of products not just for facial hair but for general male grooming.

Delivery is FREE which is always nice to see and arrives promptly.

Packaging is individual, always a little note included in the parcel " Good to see you again Phil, Hope you enjoy your ......"

Sometimes an occasional sweet too.
