⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed | Beware of “The Beauty 24”

I strongly recommend not buying anything from “The Beauty 24.”

On 10 Feb 2026, I ordered a Calvin Klein (CK) Deodorant Stick from their website. I received the parcel on 13 Feb 2026, but instead of the deodorant, they sent a CK Eau de Cologne bottle.

The product looked like a cheap duplicate at first glance. The packaging and fragrance quality were nowhere close to the original. I paid ₹2,475 at the time of delivery.

I tried contacting their customer service on the phone number listed on their website — it appears to be fake/non-functional. I then emailed them about the wrong delivery. Initially, there was no response.

Only after I sent a follow-up email mentioning escalation to Cyber Crime did they reply, asking for a parcel-opening video. Since no such instruction was given earlier, I did not have one. After this, they stopped responding completely.

Very unprofessional and highly suspicious experience. Buyers, please be cautious.

Scammed rs1700 for 10ml bottle perfume of chanel ..was too excited to try a sniff but an awfull experience to have ..smells like shitttt..been scammed for fakessss should have first researched properly...got scammed for blinded excitement😡😤🤡

Avoid thebeauty24 they don’t have a contact number not any stores . Bought fake Chanel product . Ordered Deo and got perfume . Checked the product at Chanel outlet and got to know it’s a fake one .

They are totally fake. They delivered a fake Cashmere rose zara perfume. There was no outer packaging and they never respond to emails. Their phone number is also always switched off. Please avoid this website at any cost. They are scammers.

I ordered a Hugo Boss Bottled EDT Perfume for Men 200ml. Beauty24 was the most competitively priced. But it was a mistake.

1. It took them ten days to deliver.
2. The product received was not Hugo Boss Bottled.
3. The product received was 100ml instead of 200ml.
4. The packaging and the bottle were a cheap duplicate of Hugo Boss.
5. On reaching out to them via the email mentioned on their website, they did not respond.
6. They responded to the follow-up email asking for an unboxing video. Their return and refund policy does not state anything about unboxing videos.
7. They never responded to the subsequent emails.

The order was placed after checking the return and refund policy.

It should be a lesson for others who seek discounts and get fooled by ingenuine sellers like thebeauty24.com.

Please be extremely cautious and avoid thebeauty24.com at all costs.

My previous review was on brandedfragrance.com. I faced the same issue with them.

1. The mobile on both websites is 9294817363. Most likely, the same owner owns both websites.
2. The business address of thebeauty24.com is currently in Indore. In October 2023, it was in Nagpur.
3. The business address of brandedfragrance.com is in Chennai.
4. No one responds when you call on the mobile number.

Be aware.
