Courses are ABT & IPHM Accredited providing recognised qualifications. We have 6 centres nationwide, as our permanent & exclusive training Academies. We do not operate from salon back rooms, hotels or conference suites! Our friendly tutors are all fully qualified Beauty Therapists & Educators, with vast experience. Courses are non-brand specific, so you’re not tied to expensive products brands once qualified. Our expert in-house Support Team are all practicing Beauty Therapists with the skills & knowledge to support you through your studies & beyond. We keep group sizes small (typically 4-12 students). We provide all products & tools at the centre for your training, unlike many providers that push sales of ‘compulsory’ expensive kits. No models are needed to attend. I did a makeup course in 2019 and I'm still waiting for my certificates for my qualifications I've emailed the academy numerous times and nobody as contacted me back its hard to speak to an actual person when you ring up its All automated service also live chat is automated it would be nice for a real person to contact me regarding this matter and retrieve my qualification details and send me a copy of my certificates

Hi Natalia, I cannot locate anything on our system under your name (bookings or any history of contacting our team). It may be that you booked / completed courses under a different name perhaps?
Our live chat system is manned with advisors available during office hours, however where it relates to certain queries, the system is clear in providing the email address to request replacement certificates by email so that this can be resolved quickly, by the correct member of our team. All certificates are provided by email and would have been sent to you within 2 days of attending your course back in 2019, unless a VTCT qualification which would have been sent by recorded post once received from VTCT.
Please simply drop an email to our team at bookings@thebeautyacademy.org with the details you booked under / courses you require replacement Beauty Academy certificates for and our team will be happy to resolve this for you. All emails are responded to within 24 working hours. If it is a VTCT certificate you require a replacement of, this would need to be requested via VTCT's website directly as we do not issue these.
