This is my second course. Kerry is so fun and informative. Loved every second of it. I plan on taking more courses in the future.

Today I took a massage course, what a wonderful surprise,
With Lorraine as our teacher — patient, helpful, and wise.
She watched us closely as we learned each move and touch,
Correcting every little mistake that mattered so much.
Her guidance was clear, she supported us all the way,
Making learning feel easy and enjoyable all day.
I left feeling confident, inspired, and of course —
I’d happily recommend this fantastic course.

5* Experience at the Newmarket training school would totally recommend. Michelle the tutor instantly put all students at ease and was an exceptional teacher providing a wealth of knowledge and experience throughout the day. She was highly supportive, patient and provided full support to each and every student on the day. Michelle worked hard to build all students confidence and she left no stone unturned teaching us all aspects of the course but also talking in depth beyond the course and how we might move forward offering treatments and setting up a business. No question was too much for her to answer or share her knowledge and experience. The learning environment was well set out with everything we needed to complete all aspects of our course. The actual venue is easily accessible and is a quiet and peaceful place to study and learn. The web site and course booking process was simple and easy to use with great communication via your student portal. The course paperwork is thorough with lots of information on your chosen course plus a handy worksheet of information you will need to know for the day. I was pleasantly surprised how well designed a service this is and even happier to gain a new qualification.

Excellent day training with Kerry for make up. Really appreciate all the help and guidance we had throughout the day and really enjoyed the company of the group, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely return for more classes :)

Lorraine was very rude when teaching and I felt humiliated in front of the group. She needs to be a bit more patient with learners. However the course was good.

I had a really positive experience with this massage course. The content was clear, practical, and easy to follow, even for beginners. The instructor, Kerry was knowledgeable and supportive, creating a comfortable learning environment. I’ve gained valuable techniques and confidence that I can apply right away. Highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning massage skills!

Kerry is absolutely fabulous she is so welcoming and makes you feel at ease straight away. She is always on hand to answer any questions and will always be offering tips and I love the wealth of knowledge she has which really helped me to make the decision to do multiple courses with the Beauty Academy.

Done both beginning waxing and Hollywood wax with Kerry at London Bridge and I’m so glad I’ve chosen her. She makes you feel very comfortable, it makes it easy when you’re nervous. Kerry is very attentive and makes sure all throughout that you understand what you’re doing and answer any questions you may have. I will definitely be back for more courses, because you learn well from her and she really cares that you go home confident with what you’ve learned.

This was my 2nd waxing course with Kerry, she is so lovely and bubbly, but most importantly knowledgeable. The 2nd course had less people so Kerry was able to answer way more questions but overall I feel confident waxing moving forward.

I have now done three courses in newmarket and honestly cannot recommend enough! I was so nervous for the first one and now cannot wait to go back every time. The tutor is always so lovely, puts you at ease as soon as you walk in the door… doesn’t matter how many times you ask a question or need to be shown how to do something.. even when I’m wanting to throw a pot of acrylic out the window she’ll manage to make you laugh! Honestly cannot thank her enough for putting up with me. Only downfall is the e file courses being online otherwise I’d have been booking these too!
