I bought an empty bottle

I was sent a bottle of plexiderm for $55. I was saving it for a wedding. 3 months after the purchase, I opened it and the bottle was empty! Amy won't reimburse me because too much time had passed. It's just wrong. She said that she didn't believe me which is even more painful. She took my $ and called me a liar.

THE ONLY REASON THIS REVIEW HAS ONE STAR IS BECAUSE YOU CANT GIVE NO STARS. DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO BUY ANYTHING; THEY ARE CROOKS. THEY DO NOT SEND ANY GOODS AND IGNORE EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS. THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

DO NOT ORDER

Ordered goods, no confirmation of order received. After a few days i tried to make contact with them via phone and email. No response from either. Money was deducted from my account and no goods were received. KEEP CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order

I placed an order, goods never arrived, sent numerous messages on their website, emailed them ,called ,did not answer their telephone.

Shockingly bad that they take money from you and do not respond when their service falls short, does this company even exist ?

Stay well clear!!

They’ve taken money and not sent goods

They’ve taken money from my bank account for an order I’ve had no comms about and still not received. They do not reply to emails about this and have been unreachable by phone. so basically have stolen £61 from me for nothing.

Poor delivery

Poor delivery, not reachable by phone, 12 July order is still not received. After 2 days, having called 10 times, the order would be sent July 19th with track and trace. Now no package or track and trace number received. Today credit company informed to put this company on the negative list.

First time customer

As a first time customer I was a little disappointed when my parcel didn't arrive. I emailed customer services and had a very prompt response and a duplicate parcel delivered within 48 hours - thank you. The products received are all excellent with a price that couldn't be beaten. I will definitely be ordering more.
