Do not order from them
Hsd reply and they have denied it being them. Even though its there goods standard message Do not order from them. Two orders 6th and 9th plus meant ho get a double up..... Beauty crop blame Tick Tock and vice versa. Tick tock say they're not given enough products for campaign. Still selling online at ridiculous prices and can't supply buyers. AVOID unless you want you're money to go elsewhere for 2 weeks

My go-to brand!
I love The Beauty Crop, honestly this has become my #1 go to brand since I got their advent calendar last year!! The Dewy Bounce skin tint and serum primer are 10/10 I cannot get enough of them! Another one of my faves are the Lipped Cream lip liners, especially in the shades ‘Chocolate’ and ‘ Espresso’ they are gorgeous!

I will be putting this in a public review because what happened is unacceptable. Beauty Crop promoted an offer saying if you spend £40 you get six free gifts, but only at the very end did they reveal it was only if you are picked during a live stream. That kind of detail should have been made clear from the start.
People are vulnerable right now, especially during a cost of living crisis. Telling people to spend £40 with the impression they will receive something in return, only to later say it depends on being chosen, is misleading and feels exploitative. It is not just poor communication. It feels intentionally deceptive.
I expected better. This is not how a brand builds trust with customers.

We realise it wasn’t communicated clearly enough that placing an order gave customers the chance to be entered into the 6 free items giveaway with a £40 spend – rather than an automatic entry for everyone. We completely understand how this could feel misleading and frustrating especially when expectations weren’t met.
We also understand how concerning this feels particularly during a difficult time and we sincerely apologise if this caused disappointment or stress. Please know that it was never our intention to mislead anyone.
Your feedback has been shared with our team and is being used to improve our communication and training so we can make sure future live events are clear, fair and transparent for everyone.

Love Beauty Crop products! The quality is consistently excellent, and the price point is really reasonable. They often run great offers on their website too, which makes it even better. I recently contacted customer service for the first time, and Arooj (who I spoke to) was incredibly helpful and friendly. I’d 100% recommend them!
