After my package was lost in PostNL, the owner of the store send me second package with tracking and gratis lip gloss. The entire conversion was nice, she was very friendly since the beginning. She also added a beautiful card with handwritten note to the order.
The product itself, Matte Lipstick Midnight, is beautifly pigmented and it's hard to wash it off.
I'll definitely will order more when I'll get the chance!

First time ordering from the boss glamtz. Won’t be the last. Due to the petrol shortages I got an email to say that the delivery could be 2 days late. But as an apology they added a gift to the order. My order was not a big one. Just two items. I thought this was excellent customer service. Will definitely order again. The items were great quality and reasonably priced as well
