Ordered our bed, received a estimated delivery date. Actually received a call to say it was available earlier! Booked next day delivery and was called on day to say time. Everything about this was easy and bed is great! Lovely guys, on the phone and delivery guys. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this company!

So pleased we chose bed village yorkshire. Great customer service including advice, delivery updates, lovely delivery driver who carried everything upstairs with my husband and helpful videos as we chose to self assemble. Easy to use website with lots of choice, really pleased with the beautiful bed we were able to customise to exactly our preferences with 4 drawers storage, style, colour and size of divan and headboard and good choice of mattresses too. The quality is really good, excellent price and quick delivery. We are very happy customers, thank you!

Ordered a bespoke size headboard & 2 drawer Divan on the Sunday, got a message that it would be delivered Thursday! Communication from Ash was great. 2nd bed bought after buying one last year. Phenomenal value for money & service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Little disappointed I did not receive a confirmation email. But after I called to the company they informed that the delivery would be soon and after few days received call with delivery times and the driver called 20 minutes beforehand and was very good

Delivery was only to door.on putting bed together was very disappointed in the quality.the pattern on the headboard there was 2 inches difference in the size which is in your eye line.i thought it would have been better quality.i read all reviews and all about company,I will be more careful who I buy from next time.

Ash was really helpful in the lead up to my purchase and helped me with the right choice/colour of bed for my room. Delivery was fast and efficient. Putting the bed together was simple and didn’t take too long at all -defo need 2 people for this task.
If possible, ask your delivery team to take your bed to the room you are building it in - unfortunately, this wasn’t available to me as it was only a one man delivery team on the day (one of the team had called in sick at the last minute). My partner and I really struggled to get the bed and mattress upstairs but was worth it when we put everything together.
The bed is lovely and looks exactly like the picture on the website. I’d shopped around and the bed village prices were the best I could find. Would I recommend using thebedvillageyorkshire? Yes, definitely!!

Fantastic quality beds, better than Bensons and Dreams at half the cost. Outstanding customer service. Nothing is too much trouble and they let you know the progress of your order every step of the way. They will also assemble your bed for you at an extra cost

I would highly recommend this bed company. Recently bought 2 single beds. They arrived on time, delivered perfectly by 2 very nice people and they were well packaged. Very good customer service, I had several calls from Ash who let me know when the beds would arrive and then to check that everything had gone well. He also offered to be on the end of the phone if I had any problems putting the beds together. The beds were very easy to assemble as most of it was already done. Just had to attach the arm for lifting the bed up and put the headboard and foot on. Very simple and very high quality beds. Had the best nights sleep in a long time last night! Very good value and I will definitely buy from them again. Thank you @thebedvillageyorkshire

Bit disappointed after all the good reviews. Bad communication.There were no instructions on how to assemble the bed and I asked a question if the bed closure was correct or looked faulty, I reached out on what's app and e mail but no replies. Would be helpful with a simple instruction leaflet included. I wasn't sent a despatch e mail beforehand, I got one after it had been delivered. Delivery phoned me up to arrange at 9.45pm which I thought was quite late. It was delivered by one man who seemed to struggle as it was heavy and it dropped off the van with a thud. They also left packaging that fell off the van on my drive

Customer service has been great, bed is lovely, easy to put together. Fast delivery.
