Do NOT trust this company this is an affiliate of ViaFlights (please search Trust Pilot on this company too) - they take your money send you an initial confirmation (whereby you can log in the airline portal etc and even select your seats) but they never actually pay they airline for the tickets meaning that you are never officially booked on the flight. Also you will NEVER get your money back - this is 100% a fraud using shell companies, rotaing company directors and is all OFF SHORE despite the British Address (which is another shell).
We booked a flight in February for two people to fly late April. Early April we saw our booking had been cancelled with the airline. We called them and were told the airline had cancelled them but we could get a full refund. We did not accept this as you could still book the same flights for £1000 more for two tickets! We called the airline and they went through all communication with this travel agent and advised the travel agent cancelled the tickets and not them. We went back to The Best Air Fares and have been advised they are discussing with the airline, but days later, no communication. Someone today said our refund had been processed. Will never trust this company again. They haven't put the reason in writing, so we can't make a claim on our travel insurance!
