Terrible after sales service. I requested to return item, 5 emails sent no reply.

Absolutely disgusting company, taking our money and not delivering and no communication. Why do people think it's OK to steal other people's money.

Bought a music boxing machine, it looks like a toddler boxing practice toy, very small and cheaply made with instructions on Chinese. What A PIECE OF CRAP AND NO WAY TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I looked at a fake great review on line that referred me to this.

Ordered 2 bean bags last June 2024, to date we have still not received them (yes 11 months ago), obviously they have taken our money.

These were for a very autistic child in our school, their customer service is none existent as is their website.

They should be ashamed taking people's hard earned money, I can see that many people have had unsuccessful dealings with this company.

Order from the start of October still hasn't arrived. I have tried to contact Big Deal Toys multiple times but never get a response. I have been charged for the order.

Awful “company”! Complete scammers. Took my money and never sent the item. I emailed them to give me updates on my order and they never replied back to me. The next day the website was gone so I never got my item or my money back. The item was for my autistic son who really needed it. Absolutely disgusting!! Vile people.

Never arrived and awful communication if any

Company is a scam. Money taken. Recieved numerous whatsapp messages following payment making out the order remained in my basket and hadn't went through. Thankfully i wasnt stupid enough to do it again as i saw the payment had come out my bank account but remained pending for 3 days before officially deducted from my account. I have contacted the company via their website and i am getting automatic responses with no resolution. I didnt recieved any email confirmation of the order number/details. What makes me laugh is the software used to communicate with customers is called "Rich panel" how ironic. I have contacted my bank to report fraud.

I ordered a toy from big deal toys for my granddaughter I received an emails from krill I assumed the payment was going through this company as the email said your payment was successful. That was the only email I had. No reference number nothing. And have not heard anything since. I am extremely disappointed with this company and wander how they can still be allowed to trade online. As I read the reviews I felt angry with myself for falling for this SCAM company should have looked it up before ordering. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM. And have not received anything or any communication from them ???

Dreadful service. Ordered sensory toys and chair/spinner for my autistic son. Items didn't arrive and no explanation why. When I chased them they said they'd send out a replacement. Still waiting on that and complaints team calling back. They were quick enough to take my money and now I think I've been ripped off. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS!!!

THIS WEBSITE IS FAKE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSTERS - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I spent over £400 buying items for work and the items never turned up after 1 month, the phone line is fake - stayed on the phone for 1 hour and no one answered, the chatbot says my order was 'fulfilled' but I never received any tracking information and I still haven't received the items. They don't respond to your emails, nothing. AVOID - IT'S A SCAM. I have reported them to the police.

Toy didn’t arrive. Constant excuses via email. Definitely a scam. Do not use Big Deal Toys.

I wish I could give ZERO! And I wish I read reviews. Don’t have my order, response time is not existent. Only option going via bank to get my money back. Thanks for wasting my time!

Hacked my debit card tried to pass themselves off as T mobile ripped off $119.95 $9.95 real class people NOT

I paid for my order, but neder received the chair. Even after several email, no respond. After 1,5 week I tried the website again, but it didn't work. Don't order here!

I see I am adding my negative review to a long list of dissatisfied customers. My order was delayed for nearly a month. I received no response after several attempts to contact them thru Walmart. Finally, I contacted Walmart customer service and was informed that my order had been lost in shipping. Just fine. Why couldn't Big Deal tell me that? A refund was promptly issued by Walmart. The Big Deal's big deal is to see how long they can keep your money without giving you the product. Don't waste your time or money on them.
