I originally booked with CEO Chris North, who provided excellent knowledge and impeccable service – a fantastic start.
However, a few weeks before our arrival, I contacted the business to add additional guests. By then, Chris appeared to have left, and the team offered no assistance. Instead, they suggested we contact the resort and golf course directly. This was extremely poor service and, in my view, contrary to their legal obligation, as our contract was with the operator.
What began as a great experience turned into frustration. Sadly, I would not book with them again or recommend them based on the recent lack of support.

Set up the golf darts comp and put prizes on for straightest drive too. Very generous.

From prior to even going on our trip, the communication was excellent. Due to us both working, we only had a limited timeframe (and only knew with little notice) to go on our trip to Scotland but Chris at The biggolfcompany made it happen. The accomodation which was arranged was AMAZING and the owners were lovely with lots of knowledge of the area. Chris had all the golf arranged prior to us getting there and had everything we required for the courses in our room (alongside a lovely bottle of red wine). We have been on many golf trips but this one was definetly one of our top trips, and we didn't have to organise anything as it was all done for us! He linked in with us prior to the trip to give us options on different golf courses, which days suited us. We will 100% be going back to thebiggolfcompany to arrange future golf trips. Chris went above and beyond for us and I cannot recommend this company enough. 10 out of 10 experience.

A fabulous experience with the Big Golf Company at Bolton Wanderers. Chris, So and the team at TBGC invited us down to Bolton Wanderers for the day, they went above and beyond to try and make the date fit for the women’s match for our daughter Florence. It was an amazing day from start to finish, we were met by the team and taken up to a lovely suite where we had a wonderful meal and drinks with great company. The Big Golf Company had then arranged for Florence to be taken downstairs to prepare to be one of the mascots for the match. What a wonderful experience for her to be able to walk out on to the pitch with the women’s team, an amazing memory to cherish. It was a brilliant day which we all enjoyed made particularly special by great company in Chris, So and the Big Golf Company family. Thankyou so much for inviting us

Brilliant day out at BWFC. Our hosts were amazing, nothing was to much trouble. We were met at the door and escorted up to the suite for a lovely meal and pre-game drinks. We were also introduced to everyone, from Lofty the Lion to the directors and owners, all chatted freely with us.......many thanks for a memory that will stay with me forever.

Great course and facilities and we were looked after well

Thw whole holiday was well planned, the small details that made the difference were all arranged pre-depature and everything ran super smooth. The options of flexibility and to change tee times for example were never too much. The location, resort and service were excellent and over and above our expectations.

Where do I start... The ease of booking, the amazing service, luxury airport transfer, warm welcome, stunning locations, spectacular golf, delicious food, bottomless drinks!! :) From start to finish we felt like kings, nothing was ever too much trouble, and everything simply happened as it should, and if anything did go wrong, we never knew about it! I'd heard a little about Belek for golf, but I can honestly say I was blown away with how mature some of the newer courses were already, and the weather was perfect, even in December. I could ramble on about the hotels and the courses, but this isn't about them, it's about The Big Golf Company, who certainly know how to add 'priceless value and experiences' to what could have easily been just another 'good' holiday. I don't think I've ever felt as 'looked after' and truly cared for. Can't wait to see where we'll be going next (mates or family), but I know I'll be booking with The Big Golf Company or their sister Big Journey Company. Brain off travel where everything just flowed perfectly. Worth every penny, and proof that the small things really do make all the difference. Thank you so much Chris and all the team. A great day out with the big golf company at Bolton football club.They could not do enough for us.The whole day from start to finish was superb. Chris and the team promised a goody bag as well which dualy arrived .Would recommend The Big Golf Compant too anyone .This was the prize for winning a nearest the pin comp at the golf hub.

Just returned from an outstanding stay at Desert Springs resort. I was part of a squad visiting to do some pre season practise. The Big Golf Co arranged everything and left no stone unturned, from the transfers to and from the airport, welcome cocktail, and great apartments. Everything went like clockwork.
The range, short game area and 2 putting greens are fantastic as was the course, a real test of golf.
Word to the wise, watch out the 13th hole, it's a real card wrecker. Oh Mama!!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish with The big golf company at desert springs. We were greeted on arrival with a cocktail by extremely friendly staff and shown to our apartments. The caddy master was amazing and had our balls and sign out on the range every morning. We were there as a county squad and were made to feel very special. Food was superb and the breakfast was outstanding and huge. Golf course was perfect, very good condition and a great test of golf. All round belter experience, can't wait to go back next year.

Just returned from a Cumbria pre season tour to the fantastic desert springs.

Practice facilities are amazing with a large wedge area with all different slopes and lies. 2 large putting greens offering different challenges and a driving range which is 300+ long

We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at Desert Springs Resort in Almeria, Spain, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. The resort was immaculate, with every area spotlessly clean, and the spacious accommodation was very comfortable.

Breakfast was freshly cooked every day and was plentiful – a perfect start to each day. The golf course was truly unique – a desert-style layout unlike anything we've played before. It was in superb condition and offered a challenging yet enjoyable experience.

The travel arrangements were flawless, making the entire trip seamless and stress-free. We had such a wonderful time and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable golf getaway!
