Amazing company that really care
To start the item I brought arrived quickly.
What really made my experience great was that I had a small manufacturing issue and the customer service department were great, they replied straight away and offered to pay for the repair on the rug but before I could do that the stitching was coming away on other parts of the rug. I sent photos and they replied how sorry they were and offered to replace the whole rug. They sent the rug straight out to me and this happened when it was Black Friday and they were selling out fast. They are a brilliant company and really care about their customers especially our 4 legged baby’s. Would recommend them to everyone.

Generous deep rug
I like that this rug is so deep for my big horse, it doesn't look like a mini skirt. The tail flap is generous. I am very disappointed that rain gets in through the neck and soaks his shoulders. It looks like it fits, so I am surprised this happens. His other rugs (other brands) don't do this. I don't like the Epic velcro fastenings for their neck rugs, I find them too hard to prise apart, so didn't buy one with this rug. Shame.

We’re delighted to hear that you love the depth of the rug and the generous tail flap. We put a lot of care into making sure our rugs give horses the best possible coverage and comfort.
We’re sorry to hear that you experienced rain getting in at the shoulders. In periods of driving rain, if a horse is grazing with their head down and a neck cover isn’t attached, a small natural gap can form between the rug and the horse. Unfortunately, this can allow water to work its way in, even when the rug itself fits well. Using a neck cover prevents this and ensures full weather protection.
Regarding the Epic neck fastenings, all of our Velcro is intentionally heavy-duty so that neck covers and rugs stay securely in place during turnout. We appreciate that everyone has their own preferences, and your comments are very helpful to us.

Great rugs
The big horse company rug fits really well. I am replacing when I can afford to all my girls rugs with this make. They dont rub fit so well and seem good quality. Once ordered they are quick to send out.

Unfortunately, as these boots are designed primarily to prevent injury by absorbing impact, they can sometimes become damaged in the process.
For horses that are a little tougher on their boots, we’ve developed a more durable Neoprene Overreach Boot which offers the same protection with extra strength. We really appreciate your continued support!

Lovely Rugs!
Lovely quality and design of rugs, the only ones I've found to fit my cobs really well.
My only wish would be for you to expand your color options. I have five cobs, all needing light fill rugs. A wider range of colors would help me distinguish their rugs, simplifying my daily routine.

They really are EPIC
The rugs have Exceeded my expectations! I finally have found a company that caters for the plus size horses! Super happy with the fit, especially the neck after 12 hours in this rug his mane was still flat and not a knot in sight! I cant wait to use the 100g liner that actually covers the whole of his body!
