Great experience and excellent customer service
We booked the event at Knaresborough. We had a lot of fun, great experience and the instructor Mark, who showed us around was so friendly and professional. Easy to book on the website and we were sent information before the event so we knew what to expect. Will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, booking system did not work in the email system was not sending emails. When I finally spoke to someone they advised they could not fulfil the booking on that day but would try another location. They advised they would not take payment until they confirmed new location was booked book but still debited our account. Then advised the new location could not take our booking and they have still taken payment.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. Having reviewed the booking history, your request came through on the 8th May and shortly afterwards a response was sent to advise that the spaces for your selected date and time had unfortunately just been filled at your chosen location. An alternative date was offered, however as this was not suitable, our team also checked the next closest location for the same date, which unfortunately could not facilitate the booking either.
To clarify the payment side, no payment is actually captured until a booking is confirmed and reserved with the activity location. During the confirmation process, banks will often place a temporary authorisation or “ring-fence” on the funds under the company name. Although this can appear within the account, the funds themselves have not actually left the account unless the booking is confirmed. Once the booking request was cancelled, the authorisation was no longer required and the bank will automatically remove the pending reservation when their systems update.

Best experience ever shooting
Best experience ever shooting. Nigel simply the best instructor. He is all about technique for muscle memory. And destroying the clays of course. Informative, patient, humorous, technical, honest. Could go on but your probably bored. So Try it! And ask for Nigel.

Done the clay shooting and then the quad biking. If I could give the instructors 10 stars out of 10, I would. We had David for the clay shooting and Aaron for the quad biking. David great man. Went with my partner who was a little nervous at first but soon found her aim, she’s now looking on joining the SAS. Would highly recommend it!

Absolutely awesome!
Absolutely awesome!! We came today as a 60th birthday experience for Angie. Alicia is a lovely lady, very knowledgeable and an excellent instructor. Both Angie and I managed to hit some clays and the experience far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended and we will be back :).

Excellent fun experience
Very friendly, knowledgeable instructor who put us at ease whilst maintaining strict health and safety protocols. It was easy to book online and we found the site with no difficulties. It is accessible to a point... if you wish to take part you need to be able to negotiate a small slope or climb approx 8 steps. I can walk small distances but used my wheelchair when on the range. The instructor was very knowledgeable and patient. It was a really great day out and one which we all want to do again soon. We were also blessed with a beautiful crisp February day's weather with no rain at all. Can't wait to go back but I want more shots.
