The Bike Company in Windsor is an amazing place. I went for a bike-fit today, and received a very thorough, detailed and tailored service. I was welcomed warmly as soon as I went into the store by Simon and a member of his staff. Simon was professional, knowledgeable and listened to what I'm finding difficult when riding. He made some alterations, after careful measurements of me and of my bike, and made sure I was happy with it before I left the shop. I went on a 30 mile ride immediately and have none of the aches and pains that I usually have. The cost was extremely reasonable. I am extremely happy. I live about 30 miles away from the store, but it was very well the trip up the M4 and M25 at rush hour!

I've just been in The Bike Company in Windsor and as always they were fantastic, fixed my bike and was on my way pretty quickly, so impressed. I've bought loads of bikes there for family and I and always been happy, great team and cracking service.
Booked a service and was advised to bring the bike in a few days early. Sadly I was a day late (flight delayed on holiday) I was told I would need to rebook. I explained I would have to walk back with the bill 1.5miles but he couldn’t face cared less. They now have a lack of storage apparently (despite asking me to bring the bike in early!) it was a folding bike took up no space at all. I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.
outstanding service by well mannered and considerate staff.
extremely helpful and efficient. despite attending to other customers they managed to fix my repair within 24 hours.
strongly recommended
