I ordered several items online and needed to return. I went to the website to return and realized they are “NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS, DUE TO COVID.” This is hidden under the returns section and NOT posted anywhere. I attempted to reach out to the company via phone and email. They completely ignored me. This company is a scam. BUYER BEWARE.
had a great experience today they really did go the extra mile. He not only complete assembled my product. But gave me exceptional customer service. I felt in great hands with top advice. He sorted my bike light out for me whilst I waited for my lift. Its good to know there's good people out there considering the crisis these company's are goin through. Good luck to the bike shop. Bought a Colnago frame, wheels and a Groupset.
The frame wasn't on stock so it had to be ordered to the factory, paid a deposit.
Delivery time given 8-12 weeks it came in 4 weeks precisely + delivery.
Excellent and fast communication. All questions answered.
The Groupset and wheels came on the original boxes, so no OEM material which is great, not all online bike shops do that. Free delivery costs for this order.
