AMAZING Customer Service

I live in the US, I thought that would present a problem in getting this formula. It did not. I am so pleased with this transaction!! You went above and beyond to help me and I cannot tell you how much that means to me! Thank you.
I raise some very hard to get (here in the US) pigeons and this will make my job so much easier.
I will refer all my pigeon friends to you!!

My usual supplier was out of stock so…

My usual supplier was out of stock so tried The bird loft for the first time. It was great that the nutriberries were in stock. They were more expensive and delivery was a little slow. Because of that I would only use this company again if the same situation occurred.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that you were disappointed. We are the cheapest online retailer for NutriBerries and the reason for the slow delivery was that all purchases were on Backorder as indicated when you placed your order and on the order confirmation. You should also have received an email from ourselves to this effect as this was sent out to all customers waiting patiently for the consignment to arrive from the USA. We hope this helps.

It was easy to order and I think the prices are good. I would have ordered a lot more if they had the stock but a lot of items were sold out. I will just keep checking in to see when they restock as I would like to order from a ‘lock business’.

In total I'm satisfied about the services

I like, Prompt replies to emails and inquiries which gives you a feeling that someone is carful to update you with order's status. However, I dislike, delay in shipping materials as I paid the full dues on 22 Fab. 2023 but items have been informed to FedEx on 27 Feb. 2023 (as per Track history on FedEx website) which delays the pick date to be on 28 Feb. 2023

We apologise for the delay in despatch but this was due to having to obtain additional stock to fulfill your order with a good shelf life. Unfortunately, in the midst of this was the weekend which meant that two days were lost.
