The beads are rather small for large men. It takes quite a bit of time to receive it in the mail and some of the charms are starting to fade and turn color already.

You received the items on the 25th! (We have USPS confirmation).
2 days delivery time is, as we know, quite fast delivery.
We have a size chart on all of our products pages that explain exactly how to measure the correct size.
Once you told us that the size you ordered wasn't a good fit and that you wish to exchange it, we were glad to assist you and we just asked you to send it back to us (a domestic delivery) so we can send you new items free of charge!

UPDATE 2024: This is a perfect example of the defamation and fraud that Trustpilot participates in by allowing it to remain on their site. We flagged this review and Trustpilot's so-called "Integrity Team" said it didn't violate their guidelines. For anyone out there keeping score: We have USPS proof of delivery, and the customer herself claims that it was stolen. How is this our fault? "Unsecured delivery" WTF is that? Are we supposed to send armed guards to escort the mail carrier and then remain on your porch to make sure that nobody steals your goth goodies until you get home? GTFOH. Whether or not the customer is right, or, maybe the customer, um, how shall we say it... LIED and tried to either scam us out of more product or is simply 1) a competitor who LIED, 2) an online reputation repair company who LIED (thus damaging our reputation that they want us to pay them to fix), or simply 3) a nutbag who LIED, we'll never know. What we DO know is that this defamatory, untrue 1-star review is allowed to continue to damage our reputation in perpetuity.
