This company is owned by Nest Estates/Park Move/Timothy Burrows/Jayne Knights/Matthew Payton but staff use fake names to respond to customers so they can be abusive and hide their real identity. First Red flag.

Your Trust Pilot score is 3…says it all. With complaints of rudeness and aggression from other customers. A recurrent theme with this “business.”

The fact that you have to sign your message with phrase “Please be nice” and hiding behind pseudonyms is a tell tale sign of your inbred dishonesty, volatility and hostility.

Over priced, average and no customer service. I paid over £50 for a bottle of “super strength” black seed oil, upon trying it was very mild. Contacted them twice but no response.
I Usually order from somewhere else NB but they were out of stock.
Money wasted could’ve got the same from a corner store for half the price.

Bellow is my last email to black seed oil company reg a request for help on paying by Apple Pay

If you’re looking for help, I would suggest you try asking again in a different tone.

This is so unprofessional if he cares so little about his customers problems while using his sight then it really has to bring into question his products which I fear is Merely a re-bottling re-labeling set up.
Tomas continued his negative approach by saying his worker was so upset at my email they passed it on to him to reply personally “REALLY “

I have put my email up word for word even saying “PLEASE ADVISE” he calls my email VERBAL ABUSE you can all read it,,,my frustred email put up on this review posted word for word as you can see there is no abusive language used simply a regular customer getting frustrated at the check out procedure .
He doubles down on his stance telling me to go elsewhere to buy my oil after years of loyal custom and even going out my way to write good reviews in the past
His whole attitude brings so much into question regarding his company.
You ask for advise you get no reply
you send a frustrated e.mail asking again for advise you get 3 rude reply’s in one day WOW go yourself tomas that’s the way to treat your customers and run your business

I am in absolute awe of this oil, I felt the respiratory benefits within a few hours, felt more free and easy to breathe… I had the cold… was a shocker! Anyway, I decided to start taking it because of the health benefits not expecting it to do anything for the pain I suffer in my hip from having FAI… I have walked with a limp and pain in each step since October 2023 when it got really bad… I have been taking this oil for three weeks and within the last week I have started to walk with absolutely NO pain whatsoever… I thought I was gonna be a cripple before! I didn’t think anything would help. I don’t like painkillers and discovering this stuff is actually life changing for me. It can’t be anything else because I’m not doing anything different. This will now become a staple in my life. No complaints with regards delivery or packaging either. The transaction was smooth from start to finish. Thank you so much for existing. God bless.

Have used Black Seed Oil for a few years, and the supply from this company have been the best quality. I was ordering from Amazon, but switched as tasted a bit cheap.

I use the original strength, and that is fine. Takes some getting used to, but worth it.

I've shopped with this company on a number of occasions as I trusted the quality of their product... blindly I might add, as I haven't compared the product to other suppliers - yet! However, following a recent enquiry, which was ignored twice, I then received a most arrogant response from somebody called Thomas who stated that "Your previous messages were not responded to as we do not feel the need to have to justify our pricing structure nor business model to anyone", and all because I was asking a genuine question relating to the pricing of their refill pack versus the expensively packaged products (we have all how refill packs are generally cheaper by nature, but not in this instance). I imagine that Thomas is an intellectually vacuous sales person who is disgruntled with his employers and looking to be sacked, although I fear that he may actually be part of the higher management in which case he needs lessons in communication and customer care.
I shan't tick the box below that asks "Let Theblackseedoil know about your review", as why the hell should I communicate with them when they can't be bothered to answer my queries, I'm sure that they'll see it eventually.
I will be seeking alternative products even if I have to import them and then I'll leave another review in due course regarding their product as opposed to their customer care, which is non-existent.

I can’t be without this amazing oil. My menopause flushes were keeping me up all night and after 2 weeks of taking the super strength capsules they completely stopped and I was finally able to sleep again. When I ran out of capsules I was back to square one with the flushes and it took 2 weeks for them to get back in to my system after re ordering them again. I’m now sleeping like a baby with no hot flushes. Highly recommend, they have worked wonders for me🤩
