I was very unhappy with this business six months ago when I decided not to proceed with my deal and my admin fee which I paid in advance was not refunded. Its taken me six months but I have finally been refunded 75% of my admin fee. I have now downgraded my experience from very unhappy to underwhelmed but I'm at least grateful to Helen for a part refund. Read the fine print folks!
